The AllenalarA Group of Companies (AAGC) is a proposed privately held global conglomerate representing various industries including fashion, music, television, construction, and more. It aims to promote growth, education, healthcare, and philanthropic goals around the world through partnerships. AAGC will be led by Olayiwola A. Alara and Avril N. Ball and comprise companies like Safe Entertainment Group, Safe Communications International, and AllenalarA Productions.

1. The AllenalarA Group of Companies
Company Overview.
For over two years now, Mr. Olayiwola A. Alara (Chairman, AAGC) and Ms. Avril N.
Ball (Vice Chairwoman, AAGC) have been working creatively on a structure that will more
appropriately secure our future goals and the dreams of others. We are happy to say that such
an incredible platform now exists within AAGC (The AllenalarA Group of Companies).
AAGC is a Proposed Privately Held Company, a Conglomerate, a Global Corporate Outfit
representing Fashion & Art, Music & Entertainment, Television Broadcasting, International
Competitions and a host of events. It also represent Restaurants, Live Entertainment, Wine &
Dining, Social Gatherings and more. Obviously the story does not end here, AAGC will also
involved with industries such as Construction, Energy, Power, Engineering, Manufacturing
and so much more. Supported by its team of Architects, Civil and Mechanical Engineers and
many more, AAGC will come up with new revolutionary ways to move several developed and
developing countries forward.
Further explaining our intentions, AAGC will partner up with Profit and Non-Profit
Organizations to promote Education and Healthcare globally, created a foundation of its own
with Philanthropic and Humanitarian goals in mind. It develop its strength by partnering with
others, blending all these ideas from different culture and ethnicity, have a controlling stake in
the Global Economic Market by creating long term initiatives to secured its future goals and a
hope for others.
Finally, AAGC will act as an Executive Office, an Investment Manager, uniting various
concepts and ideas into one vision to ultimately promote Growth and Proper Management.
One of our goals is have a corporate structure strong enough with a diversified brand of
investments such as the likes of Francois Pinault's Artemis Group and ultimately to have an
unequivocal impact to the Global Economy.
Presently, Mr. Olayiwola A. Alara (Founder and Chairman) and Ms Avril N. Ball (Vice
Chairwoman of the Proposed Group) just secured A Billion Dollar Business Loan to start-up
AAGC (The AllenalarA Group of Companies) while homeless and at present we are seeking
Skilled People, Talented Individuals and Licensed Professionals to assist moving all our
individual goals forward.

are a few of the companies and various industries to exist within AAGC:
S.E.G (Safe Entertainment Group).
A major record company similar to the likes of Warner Music Group, that will comprise of
three core businesses i.e recorded music, music publishing and a video production outfit. The
company will deal with recording and publishing of different genres of creative, inspiring and
edifying music ranging from Classical, Country, Hip Hop/Rap, Blues, Jazz, Rock, Reggae,
Christian & Gospel, Pop and more both locally and internationally. It will oversee other record
labels, handle all sales and distribution and manage a video production company all at the same
time.
S.C.I (Safe Communications International).
This is an integrated broadcasting, publishing and digital media company that will offer
services such as Television Broadcasting with several cable channels to own to itself that
introduces News, Sports, Movies, Television Shows, Reality TV, Documentaries, Nature,
Science, Technology and many more. Entertaining and inspiring stories to motivate our
societies all around the world. Safe Communication International will also introduce additional
services such as Commercial Advertising, Strategic Marketing Services and Production
Services across the globe. A corporate outfit similar to the likes of News Corporation.
A.A.F.G (AllenalarA Fashion Group).
A parent company similar to the likes of the Gucci Group, that will oversee different Fashion
Labels that introduces quality brand of Fashion and Leathers, Perfume and Cosmetics,
Watches and Jewelry, Accessories and more. Our goal is capture 2 different clientele. The first
would be the high potential clients such as celebrities, others in the spotlight and even others
not publicly known controlling an incredible revenue at hand, all who are willing to pay higher
price regarding their custom fitted brand of fashion. Then the second would be the general
public with regards to an amount that we believe should suit their budget. We believe we can
attract both the local and international market through the various culture and style of fashion
that they bring.
A.S.I (Avril Sept International).
A structure within the Group to run within it several Profit and Non-Profit Organizations. It
will manage several Five Star Restaurants across the globe with exquisite cuisine, a variety of
dishes and luxury wine from around the world. Modern and Traditional Cafes with different
kind of sweets and desserts such as cakes, pancakes, strudels, chocolate, ice cream, a variety

3. blend of coffee, teas and drinks from across the globe. Live Entertainment, Social Gatherings,
Leadership Conferences and Celebrity Events introduced as well to every continent of the
world.
Avril Sept International will also promote Education by creating Universities, Colleges, Trade
Schools, state of the art Healthcare Systems by building Hospitals, Medical Research Centers
involved with breakthrough discoveries that will introduce different cures for various diseases.
It will support the growth and advancement of Medical Technology that will help improve
the quality of service by properly diagnosing, monitoring and treating the different kinds of
diseases, it will also introduce Pharmaceutical Research Laboratories which will involve the
study of drug action, the interaction between a living organism and chemicals and explore all
other areas of science that pertains to life, social, nature all across specific regions around the
world.
Among one of the several Hospitals to be created in specific regions around the world
is The Vincent and Ellenora Beach Ball Medical Center which will focus in various fields
of medicine such as Cardiology (this study deals with the disorders of the
heart), Gastroenterology (this study deals with the disorders pertaining to the digestive
system), Endocrinology (this study deals with the endocrine system and its
diseases), Oncology (a study that deals with tumors such as cancer), Infectious
diseases, Hematology (the study of blood), Geriatrics (a study that focuses on elderly people)
and so much more. The Allison and Avril Ball Children Medical Center will focus
specifically with Pediatrics. All these are just a few of what to expect with Avril Sept
International.
A.A.P (AllenalarA Productions).
A production company that will focus on a series of Television Shows and Events. A few
examples of some of the shows are IDCC (International Dance Crew Competition) a global
dance event which will show off the skills and talents of young individuals, MSGI (My Style
Goes International) a Fashion Reality TV Competition which focuses on the gifts and talents
of Fashion Designers, participants will taken from across the globe, judge on several basis and
eventually to partner up with AAFG to own their own individual label.
Among other shows to come from AllenalarA Productions are 5SC (5 Star Chef), another
Reality TV Competition which embraces different Chefs worldwide into one environment.
They will come up with new recipes and be judge on several basis of their character and
cooking performance. Also to appear will be WVC (Where VIPs Connect) which is a
Television Forum created for discussion among Leaders of different industries around the

4. world. They will share their experiences, challenges and success on how they have been able
to move themselves and others forward.
AACon (AllenalarA Construction and Energy Group).
A construction group similar to the VINCI Group in france, will create subsidiary companies
across continents around the globe which will promote as earlier said, all forms of
Transportation from Air, Sea, Road, Rail, Pipelines, Cables and many more. Every sector of
Urban Development ranging from Airports, Motorways, Commercial Real Estate, Stadiums,
Telecommunications, Oil and Gas Infrastructures, Civil Engineering, Industrial sites,
Recreational Parks and more.
The Group will introduce various forms of Energy such as solar, wind, green energy,
renewable and more, their power transformation and its distribution. More services included
within this Group are our Advanced Information Systems, Motorways Operations, Financing
and Industrial Maintenance and so much more. Among its goals would be to focus on
developing countries by creating jobs, revolutionizing specific sectors that ultimately promote
growth to the Economy.
A.M.A.A (The Adebanke Miriam Alebiosu Amedu Art Gallery).
This is an art gallery that will display and exhibit various forms of art from different cultures
all around the world. This gallery similar to the Punta della Dogana or the Palazzo Grassi in
Venice will be introduced to major cities around the world.
The OWA Foundation (The Olayiwola and Wemimo Alara Foundation).
This is a foundation created to partner with profit and non-profit organizations all across
the globe with philanthropic and humanitarian goals in mind. Partnering with many others
locally and overseas, the foundation will create an alliance to fight against Poverty, Pollution,
Unemployment, Infectious Diseases such as HIV/Aids, Tuberculosis, Cholera, Malaria, and
many more programs to support Global Economic Growth.
