8. The first meeting was quite a challenge.
It was the first time we were working
together. Most of us didn't know the
other members of the group. That's
why we hardly had time for
"traditional Finnish cups of coffee". But
everything went well in the end and we
managed to find compromises in all the
topics we dealt with.
I think we should improve communication strategies.
Sometimes discourse went astray because of
misunderstandings. We need to better stick to rules
and application form. We should insist on constant
update of info regarding Erasmus+ policies to make
sure we abide by the requirements. We should work
harder on cohesion and cooperation.. The group is
doing very well but that feature should be reinforced.
Pre-visit arrangements should be shared more.
Managerial roles can be implemented during visits and
during the time at home.
Being more clear of what tasks
follow although this is not
much of a problem as we
constantly communicate. For
instance, when we left Finland
I got the impression that each
country completes one
evaluation form. It's OK it was
clarified there is one for each
person.
I would like to have the final
agreements about the things to do
very clear at the end of the meetings,
so you can start working with your
students when you come back to
your school without having changes
afterwards.
.
In future meetings decisions
should be taken paying attention
to the opinions of all of us.
Nothing
I wouldn't mind having some more
sleep… But this also depends on the
fact that we had so much to learn,
especially those who were new to
this kind of project like myself.
9. 1. More time for discussions or organized working sessions/workshops in
which we could work on a topic in smaller groups and then present it for
further discussion in the whole group. Eg. working session/workshop on
how to plan activity one, or on didactical practices (I think that we have
very different ways of teaching - so it could be used both as an inspiration
for all of us, but also contribute to a better understanding of how the
countries look at an activity like the timetable or Power Point
presentations etc. - we had some discussion on these topics, and I'm not
sure we reached a complete understanding or agreement on them.
2. Keeping time better - both during coffee breaks and during sessions.
3. I would also have liked to hear more about/ having a discussion about
what we think innovation and entrepreneurship is and how we work with
it in our schools - also if it is almost not there yet.
We can achieve more in less time if we all know well what
the application states, so that we do not waste time "re-
building" the project. Everyone should spend sufficient time
in studying it.
Less focus on details and more on
broad lines.
I would like more warm feelings
between the partners.
More time to project and describe the
way every partner should cooperate
itself. I think we should stick to the steps
showed in the application form and not
change too much by the way.
We should open the
agenda more before the
meeting as different
people have different
ideas on the issues.
There are no improvements which I consider necessary.
More free time. :)
