EUROACTION S.A., Thessaloniki, 2014- End of April 2016
Starting off with mission impossible, namely to development of a Road Map for the under construction
being Precision Farming Cluster in the Region of Central Macedonia (ClusterPoliSEE project) which due
to its huge success has turned into a handbook. The achieved results leaded also to the three concluding
deliverables within the same framework and were delivered at the end of 2014. Having worked for
projects like the Interreg program NEBSOC in Patras and European international project ReAAL and
acting for the latter as the coordinator for the associated pilot sites in Central Macedonia, she leads the
care team (represented by 1 general physician (also the general secretary / treasurer of the Greek
Association of General Practitioner/ Family Doctor (ELEGEIA)), 1 nurse and 1 social worker) which
elaborated and matured an innovative holistic business service model for the municipality of Veroia
(RICA) named the Reconciled Integrated Care Approach. Although the concept is marked as one out of
seven Greek commitments belonging to the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy
Aeging; the work in progress for the moment has been paused due to the crisis, non-availability of
suitable funds and the changed political priorities.
LOGOTECH S.A., Athens, 2006-2009
LOGOTECH S.A. consulting participated in the Europe INNOVA Communications working team (a group
of companies coming from Finland, Germany, Belgium and Greece) who were responsible for the overall
coordination of Europe INNOVA (a European Union’s 6th Framework initiative for innovation
professionals bringing together over 230 contractors from 23 Member States).
- Managing the Europe INNOVA’s website and establishing and nurturing a clear procedure for the
information collection & dissemination activities of Europe INNOVA’s networks and horizontal
projects. After 3 years, the visibility of its stakeholders was more than achieved in web-statistics*
and the fact that the biggest part of the available information was coming from its own
community*. The role as webmaster was a first hand on experience for the company.
- Moderator, composer and end-responsible for the Annual Review Report 2008*.
- After leaving the company; lots of positive reactions were received coming from the client
(excellent collaboration*), partners (excellent help and support*) and the company (serving as a
role-model for the company*). Many of the contacts are available through LinkedIn & Facebook.
Institute of Biomedical Technology (INBIT), Patras 1995-1999
INBIT aims to contribute effectively to the further development of the field, by promoting the areas of
Biomedical Technology MANAGEMENT and QUALITY in the health care sector. Participating in
European and Greek R&D projects as of BEAM, BIOTECHNET, and similar projects lead by the Institute
of Communication and Computer Systems (NTUA) as AMBULANCE and NIKA (Telematic systems).
- Making management reports for European projects (ex. BEAM).
- Under the guidance of Dr. Z. Kolitsi, developed, implemented, evaluated and continually
improved quality method, standards -and procedures for the reports.

- Developed a quality method based on ISO 9128 for testing the success of the final project’s
product (ex. AMBULANCE’s case, a Mobile Unit for Health Care Provision via Telematic support).
General work experience
In between, support was delivered to organizational studies in mode of self-employed operation as the
family situation (being a mother of three grown up kids) requested it.

12/05/2015 gave two Speeches in Greek 1) on ‘Holistic Care Approach, introduction to the philosophy,
the structure, the methodology and the roles of home-based holistic care provision’ and 2) ‘The Care
