1. Plan For Interview-Double Page Spread
This is a plan interview for my double page spread of my music magazine,
which will focus on the one main artist in which I have created and chosen
to use.
PULL QUOTE: “I was most definitely the cheeky school girl”
Q: What persuaded you to want to be involved with the music industry?
A: Well, I’ve always had an interest in music since I was a little girl. My
childhood consisted of me getting home from school and going straight to
my room to practice guitar, homework for me always came after my guitar
(laughs).
Q: Did you ever have an idol or specific artist you looked up to?
A: My bedroom walls were filled with signed posters and images of
Rihanna, I idolised her because she earned her own way into the music
industry and every song of hers has her own personal touch to it alongside
the meaningful lyrics, as well as loving her fashion sense for being so
different and individual.
Q: Were you a good student whilst studying at school?
A: Well (pauses and laughs), I wouldn’t exactly say I was the class nerd or
the teacher’s pet let’s put it that way. I had numerous detentions
throughout my high school years for attitude; however, I always had a valid
point in my opinion. I was most definitely the cheeky school girl in my
classes. I was a good student though and achieved my GCSE’s, making my
parents rather proud of me.
Q: How was your first ever gig you performed?
A: Well, it was actually at the LG Arena in Birmingham, it was such an
amazing atmosphere and the crowd were just incredible. In all honesty it
set an immense tone for the beginning of my career as an artist and I’m
now looking forward to what the future holds for me.
2. Plan For Interview-Double Page Spread
Q: Are you releasing any albums or singles in the near future?
A: In actual fact, I’m just finishing my upcoming album and it should be
finished within the next few weeks, which I’m extremely excited about.
Q: What’s the album called? When is it going to be released?
A: The album is called ‘Redemption’ and it’s based around my childhood
and how people can redeem themselves from the wrongs they have done.
It’s set to be released on the 27th of January this year, so very soon, I hope
everyone is as excited about it as I am.
