copied and spread rapidly by Internet users, often with slight variations.
According to Merriam Webstar

an amusing or interesting item (such as a captioned picture or video) or
genre of items that is spread widely online especially through social
media
It could be as funny as
These are simple pictures but what makes them special is the
text written on them, this is what we can say creativity in
minimalistic way…..
Why Memes are important ?
 Memes are too popular now a days on every social media platform ,
because they are catchy , humorous and simple
 Memes addresses a large number of audience, according to a study
the number of social media users in India will raised to 377 millions
till 2022.
 Memes are effectively catching the attention of such a large
audience.
 So it could be a great place to showcase your brand.

Using memes within your content can serve a number of different purposes:
 Attention grabbers. The best and most successful content is content that
catches your attention immediately, and because memes are instantly
recognizable and fun, they can make all your content “catchier” when seen
only momentarily; they can encourage more interactions and click-through

 Content enhancers. You can also use memes to enhance your content, either
by using them to illustrate or make fun of a complex topic, or by using them
for entertainment purposes, such as using a reaction image to empathize
with your readers.
 Popularity fuel. You could also use memes as a way to boost your own
popularity or reputation or your brand.

According to Merriam Webstar Meme: an amusing or interesting item (such as a captioned picture or video) or genre of items that is spread widely online especially through social media

Why Memes are important ?  Memes are too popular now a days on every social media platform , because they are catchy , humorous and simple  Memes addresses a large number of audience, according to a study the number of social media users in India will raised to 377 millions till 2022.  Memes are effectively catching the attention of such a large audience.  So it could be a great place to showcase your brand.
