Internet is build around openess.it allows people
to connect and exchange information freely,if
the information is or service is not illegal.
Much of this is because of idea of net
neutrality.

Network Neutrality is the principle that internet users should be
able to access web content, download or upload files, and
communicate in methods of their choice without restrictions or
limitations imposed by their ISP.
 This principle implies that an information network such as
internet is mot efficient and useful to the public when its less
focused on a particular audience and instead attentive to
multiple users.
