 our response must be leftist
i.e. truly progressive
 “swaraj for the masses” is the objective

4.  a privileged minority runs the country
 they are comfortable with the status quo
 a section of them loots the nation
 the middle class expects a share of the pie
 careerism and selfishness is the result
 yet, there is fire in the ashes
 our work is to poke the fire

5. The greatest
hindrance to this
work is apathy,
inefficiency, and
corruption
among educated
classes, who can
give the lead.

6.  we have to generate a deep resentment for the present political and
bureaucratic system as a whole and an intense desire to give birth to
a strong, rational antithesis.
 the task is to generate a political will among Indian youths to raise
the masses of India and organize them throughout India.
 this will give rise, in due course, to a coordinated national will for
better governance.
 the work must begin with the formation of nuclei (small core groups)
everywhere.
 the members of the nuclei will undergo moral and intellectual
