Major Findings
There are few diversified packages to attract its customer.
Internet service is not satisfactory as the speed slows down.
The cash and deposit system is also traditional.
Yet in many branched, the automated clearing system is not used.
The loans and advance department takes a long time to process a
loan because the process of sanctioning loan is done manually.
A significant portion of income of NBL is generating from
foreign exchange operation.

Major Findings
Only 61 branches doing import, if NBL take AD license for all
the branches then it will be more profitable organization.
All calculation and vouchers are made manually in foreign
exchange department..
NBL has lack of work force in Foreign Exchange department.
Modern technology is not used to maintain documentation in this
bank, yet they are using register based documents for opening L/C,
which is time consuming.
