Which Is Needed For The Company;
Therefore I Have To Do Stock-Take On All
Paint And Materials Every Morning, To
Ensure The Storeroom Is Stocked With
Enough Paint And Materials That May Be
Required Throughout The Day;
Before I Do The Orders On The Computer
System, I Record All Stock To Be Ordered In
The Order Book;
Workers Come To Me Throughout The Day,
Should Urgent Additional Stock Be Ordered
Which Have To Be Received The Same Day;
I Have 5 Employees Reporting To Me In My
Department )n A Daily Basis:
- Two Employees Based In Storeroom,
Packing All Stock On Shelves In Number
Order / Job Card Number Order. These Two
Employees Receive All Delivered Parts And
Materials And Ensure It Is Received In Good
Condition. Should Any Parts Or Material
Delivered Are Damages, I Contact The
Dealer To (A) Negotiate Discount Due To
Damages; Or (B) Arrange That New Stock
Be Delivered A.S.A.P.
- One Employee In Paint Storeroom – Parts
Are Booked Out On Job Cards To 90
Different People In The Workshop;
- One Driver – He Takes Client Vehicles For
Wheel Alignment, Wheel Balancing, Fit New
Tyres, And Picking Up Of Unforeseen Parts
That May Be Required Throughout the Day;
- One Assistant – Calculating Mark-Up Costs
Of Parts And Material.
Should Further Unforeseen Damages Be
Noticed On Vehicles After Job Card Was
Completed, The Company’s Panelbeaters Will
Inform Me. I Take Pictures Of The Damages,
Phone Dealers For Quotations On The Extras
Required And Hand These To Admin. Once
Assessors Accept The Quotes Of The
Unforeseen Damages, I Order The Required
Parts And Ensure That These Are Delivered
A.S.A.P. To The Workshop;
I Have Weekly Meeting With The 5 Employees
Reporting To Me, To Discuss Any Concerns
Or Issues Relating To Our Duties, In Order
To Assist The 90 Employees With Parts And
Materials;
I Attend Regular Top Managerment Meeting
I.E.: Amount Of Vehicles Being Booked In,
Any Internal Issues; Profits; Production
Savings Costs, Deadlines, Etc. Top
Management Consists Of 6 Managers
(Which I Am Part Of) And 1 CEO.
