Factors Affecting The Job Performance of
Grade 12 Senior High School Teachers of
Bukidnon National High School
Background of the Study
In every workplace, there are a lot of
factors that might either encourages or
discourages a worker. This factors can
unquestionably affects the performance
of a worker inside the workplace.
This research will determine which factor
can affect an employee's performance
the most.
Statement of the Problem
This research will determine which factors
inside workplace can affect an employee's
performance and will answer the ff
questions:
1. What factors/motivations inside the
workplace affects the job performance of an
employee the most? least?
2. How can this research help future
entrepreneurs when it comes on motivating
employees?
Significance of the Study
This study is significant to this ff persona:
• The Company: to improve rules and
regulations inside the firm and attracts
more applicants.
• The Employers: to be aware on how to
motivate their employers on work.
Scope and Delimitation
This study will be conducted within the
Bukidnon National High School premises.
The respondents will be the faculty and
staffs of Bukidnon National High School.
This research will be conducted in the
school year 2019-2020.
Methodology
Now that companies, business, small or huge
are basing more into an employee’s ability to
do a work and not just know how to do the
work, it is very important to address the
factors that affects an employee’s job
performance to help the entrepreneurs
understand on how to motivate their
employee at work.

• Colleague’s motivation
• Colleague’s competition
• Self satisfaction
• Societies’ expectations
• Aiming for promotion

differs with in an individual.

  • 2. Background of the Study In every workplace, there are a lot of factors that might either encourages or discourages a worker. This factors can unquestionably affects the performance of a worker inside the workplace. This research will determine which factor can affect an employee's performance the most.
  • 3. Statement of the Problem This research will determine which factors inside workplace can affect an employee's performance and will answer the ff questions: 1. What factors/motivations inside the workplace affects the job performance of an employee the most? least? 2. How can this research help future entrepreneurs when it comes on motivating employees?
  • 4. Significance of the Study This study is significant to this ff persona: • The Company: to improve rules and regulations inside the firm and attracts more applicants. • The Employers: to be aware on how to motivate their employers on work.
  • 5. Scope and Delimitation This study will be conducted within the Bukidnon National High School premises. The respondents will be the faculty and staffs of Bukidnon National High School. This research will be conducted in the school year 2019-2020.
