2. ● Extruder motor preventive maintenance
During monthly preventive maintenance according to schedule we checked the
extruder motor terminals. Due to its 24*7 continues function motor winding
insulation got burnt and could be short at anytime. So we HT sleeved all 6 wires and
reconnect it.
● Dehumidifier preventive maintenance (Bry AIR).
● Injection moulding Screw replacement.
● AHU(AIR HANDILING UNIT) preventive maintenance.
● 2500KVA transformer Installation.
Trainings:
● Utility and machine handling
Most of the breakdowns occurs due to improper handling of machine and disturbance
with standard parameters. In training main focus to monitor that activity.
● 5’S training
In training get information with its 5 pillars sort, systematic arrangement
shine,standardise ,sustain and applied that in our respective zones.
● Electrical diagram reading training
Overview and familiarisation with electrical symbols and fault tracing,
programming ,installation and troubleshooting of AC, DC Frequency drives.
● Heating circuit training
In blow moulding or injection moulding machine heating plays the main role. In
training we get overview of whole heating circuit and fault tracing within short time.
