 Operation & Overhauling Maintenance of Air/water cooled Air Compressor of Atlas Copco, IR,
CP and Kaeser.
 Operation & Maintenance of HVAC system with Screw chillers & Reciprocating Chillers,
Vapour absorption machine (VAM), AHU, FCU, Air Washers, Cooling tower, Refrigerator,
Ducting, Window A/C, Split & Package air condition, Panel cooler etc.
 Operation & Maintenance of the Air dryer, Resin dryer, Hopper and Dehumidifier.
 Operation & Maintenance HT & LT Transformer, Harmonic filter, VCB, ACB, OCB, PCC, MCC,
MBT, SBT, NIS and NGR.
 Operation & Maintenance for RO Plant.
 Operation & Maintenance of pump house for all type of pumps.

Husky Pet Injection moulding machine maintenance:
 Mechanical maintenance of husky injection Molding machine of X Line, G Line, Hypet, like
Resealing to injection cylinder, Clamp cylinder, Shutter cylinder, Mold stroke cylinder, Ejector
cylinder, Carriage cylinder, Booster cylinder, Power manifold resealing and Cool pick gear box
replacement, conveyer maintenance, vacuum blower etc.
 Reading & understanding electrical & hydraulic drawings.
 Maintenance of Servo valve, Direction control valve, Flow control and all type Pneumatic valve.
 Trouble shutting to Electrical & Hydraulic and pneumatic work as base on manual.
 Relay logic and contactor logic, Single phase, three phase, 24vac/dc and 110vac, sensor &
proximity switch, input output base on the PLC G fanuc series 90-30 and Twin cat.
 Worked with Mold team on Mold maintenance & changeovers.
 Operating, start-up and parameter adjustment of the Machine.
