Alternator & Starter test panels, Regulator test kits.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Responsible for all design modifications in the machine and drafting, documenting the modifications.
 Responsible for making work flow for each department according to leading time and manufacturing
standards.
 Troubleshooting and testing experience in inside/outside management information system.
 Responsible for handling Machine tooling requirements along with service and procurement for
new sizes.
 Making corrective and preventing action against the upcoming faults. Applying news ideas in
production for increasing production.
 Drastically reduced the spare and material cost by commissioning the electrical consumable.
 Responsible for analyzing production specifications plan capacity and mathematical
calculations determine manufacturing process.
 Trained in AETB machine technology automations, designing machine elements and
mechanical systems.
 Exposure to the instruments like vacuum pump tester, growler armature tester and all types of
field instruments drives, LT motors.
 Handling single phase, and three phase AETB machine to test alternator and starter.
 To meet all our project requirement across the sites and factory assembly based on annual business plan
 Handle all aspects of procurement process including identify the sources, soliciting bids, quotation &
preparation of comparative statement of techno – commercial aspects & interacting with the vendor.
 Expert in AETB panel wiring and troubleshooting components system.
 Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to
site/stores on time.
 Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries
and services.

Auto Electrical Test Bench and Alternator-Regulator Test Bench commissioning, trouble shooting works in
various stage level done at Delhi, Ranchi, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Mumbai and pune areas.
