Grandparents
And
parents.

2. Grandparents
Ariadna’s grandparents met when they were
walking in the village and nobody introduced them
but Victoria’s grandparentsmet when they were
with their friends in a park and they introduced
them.

3. Our grandparents met at similar ages
(between 15 and 19 years old) , and they started to go
out when they knew each other better, and waited for
5 years to get married.

4. WEDDINGS:
The weddings were very different because they
were celebrated in different parts of the world.
Ariadna’s grandparents wedding was in
Mallorca (Spain) and Victoria’s grandparents
in Lavalleja (Uruguay).

5. ARIADNA’S GRANDPARENTS :
Tomeu and Barbara celebrated their wedding in
Summer and it was a luxurious wedding because
In this decade weddings were very simple.

6. They got married in a church and later they had a
Reception with all the family .

7. Barbara’s dress was white and long with flowers and long
veil,and Tomeu wore a black suit.
In the honeymoon they crossed
Spain by car.

8. Victoria’s grandparents
Agustin and Sonia married on the 3rd of February in
the civil registration. The wedding was simple but the
party was celebrated in a club with all the family.

9. Sonia wore
a short white dress and
red high- heels and
Agustin wore a grey suit.
They didn’t have a
honeymoon.

10. Parents:
Ariadna’s parents (Maria Antonia and Jose) met
when she was 18 years old and he was 23, but the
Victoria’s parents( Alfredo and Monica) met when
she was 17 years old and he was 21.
Our parents met in a disco and waited for 4 years
before getting married.

11. Ariadna’s parents
The wedding was big and luxurious. It was
celebrated in the summer in Mallorca ( Spain).
The ceremony was in the
church and the party
was in a restaurant in
Santa Maria.

12. Mº Antonia’s dress was a long white dress with a
big skirt and
a veil, and Jose wore a
black suit. In the
honeymoon they
went to Madeira.

13. Victoria’s parents
The wedding was celebrated on the 11thDecember
in the civil registration (summer) and the party
was celebrated in the house of her parents.

14. Monica wore a short
blue dress
and high heels ,
Alfredo wore
a beig suit.
They didn’t have
a honeymoon.
