Men control food, decide when and who get’s food
Leads to hunger and malnutrition in woman

EDUCATION
Woman get very little if any education
Leads to them not knowing how to take care of their
children
Will then change child’s diet not knowing what to do
Will lead to the child getting sicker and often dying
because of the mothers lack of education
5. WOMEN ARE USED AS SEX
SLAVES
“Several countries in Eastern Europe, including Moldova, are well-
known for high numbers of women who are trafficked for forced
sex work [3]. Trafficked persons are frequently subjected to high
levels of violence and abuse and at risk for symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and anxiety”
(Ostrovschi et al, 2011)
Captured and sold into trafficking or sex slaves
Husbands sell woman into trafficking or sex slaves
Live in small compact unsanitary rooms
Abused if don’t do their job

Think this is the best life they will have
Government is no help to woman
