going to improve in the short term, and they could just as easily erode further.

Chase Bank Career Path
Organizational Structure and Your Career Path An organization that I admire and would like to work for in the future is Chase Bank. The most
admirable quality of this financial institution has to be its leadership during the financial crises of 2008. Through great task delegation and resource
management, this company was able to circumvent detrimental events which could have led to bankruptcy. Since, I am interested in working for a
financial institution such as Chase Bank and I am following the educational steps that reflect this desire, it would only be appropriate that in the future a
joining of interests from Chase Bank and myself would take place. With further education in finance, I see myself developing a strong foundation of

However, it would be a mistake in the current banking industry to partake in expressive leadership, which takes into account as a high priority the
employee's emotional wellbeing (Prodanciuc, 2012). This kind of leadership is not nearly as crucial in current circumstances so far underlined. In
order to solve compliance issues what is needed is an instrumental leadership style which engages in strict task delegation. This is why I would be an
instrumental leader (Prodanciuc, 2012). Not only would job clarity be of utmost importance, but goals would be reached in a timely manner.
Measuring Risk at Financial Institutions The idea of "risk" is used in many fields and industries. There has been large efforts made towards the
understanding of risk. Since, risk varies so much depending on the field of study, the need for learning about it is warranted. As can be imagined, the
importance of risk in a market economy is crucial. In the 1990s, JP Morgan made the Value at Risk (VaR) a central component of its work efforts
(Cecilia–Nicoleta, Anne–Marie, & Carmen–Maria, 2011). After that time, VaR has become embraced by the Governing Bodies overseeing the world
bank. In essence, VaR measures the probability of loss or gains related to capital stock. Furthermore, the understanding of the chance of loss or gain
can be extended over the economic life of a project (Cecilia–Nicoleta et al.,

J.P. Morgan Chase Case Write–Up
I. Case Summary
The passing of the Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999 repealed the Glass–Steagall Act, and the rescinding of the 1956 Bank Holding
Company Act. "The legislation spurred a flood of mergers and acquisitions" by permitting banking, insurance, and securities firms to be affiliated
/associated with one another, as a result it became extremely profitable and advantageous for financial institutions to consolidate and diversify their
holdings. In doing so a financial firm was capable of offering a multitude of financial products and serviced through one encompassing entity. The

Because of the nature of the distinctiveness of the products offered, once a market niche is saturated it because very difficult for competition to enter.
III. Factors Contributing to Strategic Issue
(a) Industry Analysis
Buyer (Very High Bargaining Power): The individual buyer segment is the largest of the three segments of thecredit card customer market. The threat
that the buyers represent is their ability to force prices and quality down. Furthermore, due to the plethora of alternative products the switching cost for
the customer is very low, as noted in this case, buyers possess a high bargaining power which results in higher operating costs resulting in a deduction
of profits.
Supplier (High Bargaining Power): Credit card companies are a part of a larger portfolio of companies that are held by large commercial banks. As a
result of mergers and acquisitions investment banks entered into the credit card market sector. CCS comprised 29% of the earnings for J.P. Morgan
Chase's commercial banking division, where J.P. Morgan is the financial holding company. Despite the fact that the credit cars sector has few players
and is saturated, there are still opportunities for growth, through international and portfolio expansion.
Substitute (High Threat Level): As the saying goes "Cash is king", showing that cash is always an especially strong substitute. In regard to other credit

The earliest known predecessor known to JPMorgan Chase is in 1799 when it was chartered in New York City. In 1784 Alexander Hamilton created

the years starting in 1991 many big companies started to merge together creating giant corporations. In 1991 Manufacturers Hanover Corp. merged
with Chemical Banking Corp. From then until 2000 many other companies were to merge and in 2000 J.P. Morgan & Co. Incorporated merged with The
Chase Manhattan Corp combining four of the largest and oldest money center banking institutions in New York City.

Speaking to those that are experienced in the field is something that many young entrepreneurs would love to hear more about. My final question that

JP Morgan Chase Catastrophe
In the year of 2007, the Great Recession began. It all started at the bustling Wall Street. It was a pandemic that brought dilemma to the businesses, to
the employees and to the elated new home owners. JP Morgan Chase was one of the major banks participated in falsifying the mortgage loans, and
they suffered consequences for what they did. The mortgage loans gave temporary joy but longtime misery to home buyers. The federal government
filed a lawsuit, and it reached a settlement. The tragedy resulted to Global and Financial reforms. The mortgage loans were used in risky businesses.
Back in 2008, James Dimon, the head of JPMorgan Chase, disclosed mortgage underwriting was terrible. Mortgage loans are assets that were exploited
to make up collateralized debt obligations. They were also destructively utilized in investing of the banks. The mortgages seemed improved, and they
were swiftly sold because the bank attuned the critical assessments when an outside analysis exposed intense defects with thousands of home loans. In
consequence, millions of Americans were unable to put their homes on market because they had lost so much worth as the housing market dropped.
Gretchen Morgenson, writer from NY Times, dubbed the loans as "poisonous." Due to the bank malpractices, they faced criticisms. From 2005 to 2008,
the bank confessed to a statement of facts that figured how it crashed to totally unveil the hazards of buying uncertain mortgage securities. In March

largely by higher compensation expense reflecting headcount. The operating cost as part of the non–interest expense was definitely higher compared to
2010.The higher headcount visibly explains this increase. The provision for credit lost was 8.41% lower than the 2010 provision. This was due to the

I 'm Chevy Chase And You 're Not
FSEM FINAL PAPER: OPTION 2 Chapter 1: I'm Chevy Chase and You're Not A classic American icon, Chevy Chase had an incredible career
brimming with accomplishments and tribulations. The time spanning from 1975 to 1985 was a period in which America idolized Chevy, a man who
cruised through life with the perfect blend of cynicism, contempt, and charm. Looking back, Chevy is considered one of the most hated comedians in
the world, a close runner–up to Bill Cosby; however, nobody can deny Chevy's influence in comedy in film, the development of SNL, or even the
younger generation of comedians who aspired to be like him. Since his start as an overnight star on SNL, throughout his movie star days, and as a
sitcom cast member, Chevy has repeatedly made headlines; he has "...insulted and assaulted co–workers, spouted racist, misogynistic, and homophobic
views, and been described, even by those who tolerate him, as a delusional egomaniac. (The Telegraph, Bernstein)" Regardless of the things he said
and did on his rise to stardom, Chevy was named, "The funniest man in America" by New York magazine in 1975. Today, Chevy is best known for
hosting the segment the Weekend Update on the premiere season of SNL as well as his starring role in the famous films National Lampoon's Family
Vacation, Fletch, and Caddyshack, though he is also known for hosting the oscars in 1987, the late night Chevy–Chase show, a notoriously bad

Analysis Of The Chase Annie Dillard
All good things must come to an end. A common phrase we have become accustomed to hearing, and a phrase that parallels the meaning of Annie
Dillard's "The Chase", an excerpt from her autobiography "An American Childhood." In "The Chase" (1987), Annie Dillard recounts how
childhood, no matter how enjoyable, will come to a close. Dillard conveys this by carefully detailing her childhood experience as a tomboy and
that "nothing girls did could not compare" (1). Her experience during "the chase" symbolized an end of Dillard's childhood and wishing for "the
glory to last forever" (19). The author recounts her story of "the chase" in order to express exuberance and love for childhood compared to the fact
of mandatory growing old. The author addresses the audience in this narrative chapter of "An American Childhood" to express how short
childhood is is this passing craze of life. The author uses expertly composed imagery, parallelism, diction and tone to create the impactful story in a
chapter of her autobiography. The use of imagery builds the story and expresses how important Dillard's childhood was in shaping the women she
has become today . The excerpt begins with a reflection upon her childhood and growing up a tomboy. Dillard set the stage for "the chase" by
explaining the day as "cloudy but cold" (5) with cars lining the snow covered street. Imagery is used not only to set the stage for the day of "the
chase" but it is also used to describe the man chasing them as a city man dressed in "a suit and tie, street shoes" (10). Using imagery to describe the
man's appearance helps the reader to understand how unusual the man's appearance was and that the man was chasing them through the city. Dillard
builds the suspense of "the chase" by taking the reader through the motions, past a "...yellow house...under a low tree, up a bank, through a hedge..."
(12), she builds an image in our minds of the neighborhood. The imagery is used to build up the scene, convey suspense and create emotions for the
reader. Dillard chose to use diction, or word choice, to accent the two different aspects of the story. One aspect of the author's word choice was to
portray her young, seven year old personality. She chose to use a simple words

Chase Bank : A Bank
Chase Bank is a national bank and constitutes the consumer and commercial subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase. Chase Bank traces its origins to
Manhattan Bank, created by Aaron Burr (The History of JP Morgan Chase & Co., 2008, p.2). Chase was the first tenant at the Rockefeller Center and
was later on led by David Rockefeller in the 1960's (Wilson, 1986, p.87). The famous Bank One became part of Chase in 2014, and the regrettable
Washington Mutual, under receivership, was sold to Chase at a bargain during the crisis of 2008 (The History of JP Morgan Chase & Co., 2008, p.19).

Chase Bank: Employee Motivation
Aside from in–house techniques of motivating and creating an environment that promotes employee productivity, Chase has been making strides to
show their appreciation for their employees for quite some time. There is a specific case in 1966 in which Chase held a "thank you party" for their
employees in appreciation of their best decade of performance in the history of the company. This is a great way to recognize and reward their
employees for all the hard work and contributions made throughout the years. By throwing such an extravagant event, that of which includes 15,000

It also may promote job engagement in which the employees start being more productive and motivated due to the invested emotional energies they
have put into these relationships and their work. Such an act also shows the organizations cognizance of the reinforcement processes, in which
individuals are likely to adhere to standards and even exceed productivity when they know such a reward or incentive is set in place. The thank you
party reinforces the workers drive and learn to work harder after being shown such appreciation. Directly after the first event was held, Chase
executives were flooded with letters and messages stating how much they themselves appreciated the event. "Looking back at the staff's response to the
event we are more sure than ever–it pays to say thank you." (Coburn, 1966). Even today, events like these show employees the company cares enough

Creative Writing: The Dog Chase
The Dog Chase I banged my head against my pillow. "I don't want to go run a mile!" I shouted. I waited for a response, there was none. Suddenly, my
door flew open. For a few moments, no one was there. Suddenly, my mom came running in. "Run a mile with your brother now!" My mom shouted
irritatedly. "Ugg" I murmured. My mom gave me a stern look. I better not anger her. I thought to myself. I walked slowly to the door where my brother
was waiting. My brother was 13 at the time (now 14). By the look of his face, he looked angry. His motions also assured me he was angry. He was
tapping his foot. His face was annoyed. I could tell he was mad at me. I remember a long time ago, my brother used to be playful with me. He used to
play imaginary games with me. Now, he "grew up". Now, he never plays games with me. Before, my brother barely ever got mad at me, now he gets
mad at me very easily. It's a mystery what happened. Or was it because I am too annoying now? As we walked to the track in silence, we heard 1 bark,
2 barks, 3 barks. "What's that?" I asked. "Just some dogs." my brother quickly replied back. When we arrived at the track, we spotted the brown, small
dogs. "I don't want to go anymore," I whined. "Grow up!" My brother shouted. If I go back, my mom will be super mad at me. If I go, I might get bit
by the dogs. It was a hard decision. After a couple more moments of thinking, I decided to go. I went to peek back where the dogs were. They were

Home Loans And Bear Stearns ( Jpmorgan Chase Bank
I was unlucky enough to be front and center working for a homebuilder at the time of the real estate crisis. The mindset of sellers, realtors and
mortgage brokers before the "bubble burst" was something that was very obvious to me as a lack of care for the long term homeowners and their
financial welfare. While the banks like Countrywide Home Loans and Bear Stearns (JPMorgan Chase Bank) were making billions of dollars on
mortgages, they were ridiculous in thinking that this would not come back on them tenfold. How can you purchase a loan and approve it through
underwriting without first verifying the documents were accurate? How could I get a home loan when I was 21 and had a credit score of 1? Well,
this definitely happened. I had a cosigner, of course, but still, the qualifying standards back in 2005 were relaxed to a fault. I liked to think that I was
responsible enough to have this investment in a property to call my own, but we bought at the height of market in Orlando, and only gained in equity
for about 6 months. In 2007, our house was worth $40,000.00 less than what we purchased it for. My home in Orlando was a $1,300.00 monthly
mortgage that I thought I could afford with help from roommates, but quickly found this to be too daunting. I ended up moving out, and thankfully
rented until this year. We finally found a buyer for the house this year, without having to bring any money to closing. This is ten years of mortgage
payments later. All thanks to the

Competitive Profile Matrix : JP Morgan Chase
Competitive Profile Matrix Companies often use a (CPM) – Competitive Profile Matrix to better understand their external environment as well as their
competition within the industry they operate. The matrix identifies a company's key competitors and draws a comparison using the industry's critical
success factors. The analysis also reveals a company's strengths and weaknesses against its competition, making them aware of problematic areas
needing improvement and also areas that are doing well and need to be protected (See Appendix F). The Competitive Profile Matrix indicates that
JPMorgan Chase has the highest weighted score of 2.81 which is an indication that they are leading in the Banking industry over Bank of America with
a score of 2.65 and Wells Fargo in third place with a score of 2.51. None of the three banking institutions fell below the average of 2.5 which is
considered a weak position. Some of the contributing factors are as follows: On Financial Strength in 2015 JP Morgan Chase had assets of 2.39
trillion dollars, and Bank of America's assets was at 2.17 trillion dollars, while Wells Fargo trailed with assets of 1.44 trillion dollars. On
Technology initiatives, in addition to the large amounts of resources assigned to banking technology, JP Morgan Chase has a technology budget of
500 million dollars for Cyber Security; Bank of America invested 400 million, while Wells Fargo spent 250 million on Cyber Security. Wells Fargo
scored high on Strategic Direction due to their clear strategy of focusing on selling new goods and services to their existing customer base, which is
called cross selling. Somehow this strategy has worked for Wells Fargo unlike their competitors. The three banks do not seem to have large
international recognition, majority of their business is based in the United States.

Theu.s. Justice Department And Jpmorgan Chase
It may not count as classic but it will count as epic in the history books when all is said and done. I am referring to the negotiation between the U.S
Justice Department and JPMorgan Chase. The fines stem from illegal actions taken by JPMorgan Chase and by Washington Mutual (a bank purchased
by Chase in 2008) and Bears Stearns (purchased by Chase in 2008). The government investigated so–called "toxic loans" made by all these companies
prior to the 2008 financial crisis. They provided loans to people who could not afford them at high rates and then bundled them and sold them to
investors without disclosing the riskiness of the initial loans. The bank was being investigated under the Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force. This

The task force steering committee is made up of the Department of Justice, Department of the Treasury, Department of Housing & Urban Development

significant financial crimes, ensure just and effective punishment for those who perpetrate financial crimes, address discrimination in the lending and
financial markets and recover proceeds for victims." (Justice News, 2008). Leading the investigators in the JPMorgan Chase case was U.S. Attorney
Benjamin Wagner. The Vice Chairman of the taskforce steering committee is Assistant Attorney General Anthony West. He was one of the lead
negotiators for the government in the Chase case. Multiple states Attorneys General offices took part as many were involved in separate lawsuits in
their respective states against Chase for their business practices prior to the 2008 crises. After making multiple offers via their lawyers, Chase
President and CEO Jamie Dimon stepped in to the lead the negotiations on behalf of his company instead of relying on outside agents or corporate
lawyers to represent the company. The outcome was one of the largest fines in history against a single entity by the government. In fact until less than a

Swot Analysis Of Morgan Chase & Co
JP Morgan Chase & Co. is currently United States' biggest bank, and the 6th biggest bank internationally with over 2.4 trillion dollars in assets. This
financial juggernaut was formed in 2000, when Chase Manhattan Corporation and JP Morgan & Co merged. Currently, Chase is well known for
their credit card line in America, and is responsible for consumer banking, while JP Morgan is well known internationally, and responsible for
investment banking. Although JPMC is one of the world's biggest banks, senior management at JPMC has continuously referred to the company as a
technology company. Technology plays an astronomically more important role in banking because of convenience and security. JPMC currently has
over 40,000 technologists, of which over 18,000 are software developers (Crowe). In comparison, Google, arguably the most renowned tech company
in the world, has around 60,000 employees. With such an enormous staff of technologists and coders, JPMC, like any big tech corporation, must be
concerned with employee production efficiency. Over my past summer as an intern, I've noticed that there is one key area that JPMC could improve on
– keyboards. Every technologist at JPMC has their own area for their computer setup, and unsurprisingly, most technologists spend a majority of their
time in front of their computer doing one task – typing. The keyboards provided by JPMC were basic plastic membrane keyboards that did not support
any added functionality. Even as an intern, I

Masters Bank At Chase Analysis
Masters bank at Chase
In April of this year, Chase started featuring ads about its news product offer. As Oster reports: "In the 60
–second anthem ad, featuring Serena
Williams, fencing champion Tim Morehouse and The Rockettes, McGarrybowen contrasts the years these individuals took honing their craft with the
seconds it takes to the moments it takes to pay bills at Chase.com, depositing checks at Chase ATMs and transferring funds using thebank's mobile app.
There's also a 90–second online spot profiling The Rockettes, including what goes into each performance and the years of intense dance training it
took the performers to get where they are. Since the dancers only get one day off a week, using Chase's consumer banking products help them
multitask and pay their bills backstage. A 30–second spot, recycling some of the footage from the anthem ad, takes a look at Chase's role in
Morehouse's routine" (Oster, 2015, para 2).
From an aesthetical perspective, the Chase "Masters" campaign was a success. Serena Williams's fingernails were painted Chase blue; the celebrities
bring to the fore the target market of Chase: young, vibrant successful and most likely High Potential and High Balance customers (Rodriguez, 2015,
para. 4). Obviously, marketing consultants had segmentation and target market right. Chase aims to be the bank of "masters," this is a bank that
invested immensely to cater to the cream of the crop. There are some flaws to the campaign, though, and this IMC

father of two, named Ambrose Griffin. Chase killed his victim in a drive–by shooting in front of his house while helping his wife with groceries. He
would then attempt to enter a woman's house two weeks later, but her doors were locked, causing Chase to walk away. His second victim was a
pregnant woman, "Using the same gun he used to kill Griffin, he shot Teresa three times, killing her, then raped her corpse while stabbing her several
times with a butcher knife. He then removed multiple organs, cut off one of the nipples and drank the blood. Before leaving, he collected dog feces
from the yard and stuffed it into the victim 's mouth and down her throat" (Montaldo, Thoughco). Chase committed his final murders by entering the
home of a 38–year–old, he then shot the victims friend and rampaged through the house. He finally shot the victim's 6–year–old son and 22–month–old
nephew. Chase then engaged in necrophilia and cannibalism with the child's corpses.

  • 7. Chase Bank Career Path Organizational Structure and Your Career Path An organization that I admire and would like to work for in the future is Chase Bank. The most admirable quality of this financial institution has to be its leadership during the financial crises of 2008. Through great task delegation and resource management, this company was able to circumvent detrimental events which could have led to bankruptcy. Since, I am interested in working for a financial institution such as Chase Bank and I am following the educational steps that reflect this desire, it would only be appropriate that in the future a joining of interests from Chase Bank and myself would take place. This kind of leadership is not nearly as crucial in current circumstances so far underlined. In order to solve compliance issues what is needed is an instrumental leadership style which engages in strict task delegation. This is why I would be an instrumental leader (Prodanciuc, 2012). In the 1990s, JP Morgan made the Value at Risk (VaR) a central component of its work efforts (Cecilia–Nicoleta, Anne–Marie, & Carmen–Maria, 2011). After that time, VaR has become embraced by the Governing Bodies overseeing the world bank. In essence, VaR measures the probability of loss or gains related to capital stock. Furthermore, the understanding of the chance of loss or gain can be extended over the economic life of a project (Cecilia–Nicoleta et al., ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The threat that the buyers represent is their ability to force prices and quality down. • 12. JP Morgan Chase Catastrophe In the year of 2007, the Great Recession began. It all started at the bustling Wall Street. It was a pandemic that brought dilemma to the businesses, to the employees and to the elated new home owners. JP Morgan Chase was one of the major banks participated in falsifying the mortgage loans, and they suffered consequences for what they did. The mortgage loans gave temporary joy but longtime misery to home buyers. The federal government filed a lawsuit, and it reached a settlement. The tragedy resulted to Global and Financial reforms. The mortgage loans were used in risky businesses. Back in 2008, James Dimon, the head of JPMorgan Chase, disclosed mortgage underwriting was terrible. Mortgage loans are assets that were exploited to make up collateralized debt obligations. They were also destructively utilized in investing of the banks. The mortgages seemed improved, and they were swiftly sold because the bank attuned the critical assessments when an outside analysis exposed intense defects with thousands of home loans. In consequence, millions of Americans were unable to put their homes on market because they had lost so much worth as the housing market dropped. Gretchen Morgenson, writer from NY Times, dubbed the loans as "poisonous." Due to the bank malpractices, they faced criticisms. From 2005 to 2008, the bank confessed to a statement of facts that figured how it crashed to totally unveil the hazards of buying uncertain mortgage securities. In March 2013, ... I 'm Chevy Chase And You 're Not FSEM FINAL PAPER: OPTION 2 Chapter 1: I'm Chevy Chase and You're Not A classic American icon, Chevy Chase had an incredible career brimming with accomplishments and tribulations. The time spanning from 1975 to 1985 was a period in which America idolized Chevy, a man who cruised through life with the perfect blend of cynicism, contempt, and charm. Looking back, Chevy is considered one of the most hated comedians in the world, a close runner–up to Bill Cosby; however, nobody can deny Chevy's influence in comedy in film, the development of SNL, or even the younger generation of comedians who aspired to be like him. Since his start as an overnight star on SNL, throughout his movie star days, and as a sitcom cast member, Chevy has repeatedly made headlines; he has "...insulted and assaulted co–workers, spouted racist, misogynistic, and homophobic views, and been described, even by those who tolerate him, as a delusional egomaniac. (The Telegraph, Bernstein)" Regardless of the things he said and did on his rise to stardom, Chevy was named, "The funniest man in America" by New York magazine in 1975. Today, Chevy is best known for hosting the segment the Weekend Update on the premiere season of SNL as well as his starring role in the famous films National Lampoon's Family Vacation, Fletch, and Caddyshack, though he is also known for hosting the oscars in 1987, the late night Chevy–Chase show, a notoriously bad late–night broadcast, and appearing on the show ... • 20. Analysis Of The Chase Annie Dillard All good things must come to an end. A common phrase we have become accustomed to hearing, and a phrase that parallels the meaning of Annie Dillard's "The Chase", an excerpt from her autobiography "An American Childhood." In "The Chase" (1987), Annie Dillard recounts how childhood, no matter how enjoyable, will come to a close. Dillard conveys this by carefully detailing her childhood experience as a tomboy and that "nothing girls did could not compare" (1). Her experience during "the chase" symbolized an end of Dillard's childhood and wishing for "the glory to last forever" (19). The author recounts her story of "the chase" in order to express exuberance and love for childhood compared to the fact of mandatory growing old. The author addresses the audience in this narrative chapter of "An American Childhood" to express how short childhood is is this passing craze of life. The author uses expertly composed imagery, parallelism, diction and tone to create the impactful story in a chapter of her autobiography. The use of imagery builds the story and expresses how important Dillard's childhood was in shaping the women she has become today . The excerpt begins with a reflection upon her childhood and growing up a tomboy. Dillard set the stage for "the chase" by explaining the day as "cloudy but cold" (5) with cars lining the snow covered street. Imagery is used not only to set the stage for the day of "the chase" but it is also used to describe the man chasing them as a city man dressed in "a suit and tie, street shoes" (10). Using imagery to describe the man's appearance helps the reader to understand how unusual the man's appearance was and that the man was chasing them through the city. Dillard builds the suspense of "the chase" by taking the reader through the motions, past a "...yellow house...under a low tree, up a bank, through a hedge..." (12), she builds an image in our minds of the neighborhood. The imagery is used to build up the scene, convey suspense and create emotions for the reader. Dillard chose to use diction, or word choice, to accent the two different aspects of the story. One aspect of the author's word choice was to portray her young, seven year old personality. She chose to use a simple words ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Suddenly, my door flew open. For a few moments, no one was there. Suddenly, my mom came running in. "Run a mile with your brother now!" My mom shouted irritatedly. "Ugg" I murmured. My mom gave me a stern look. I better not anger her. I thought to myself. I walked slowly to the door where my brother was waiting. My brother was 13 at the time (now 14). By the look of his face, he looked angry. His motions also assured me he was angry. He was tapping his foot. His face was annoyed. I could tell he was mad at me. I remember a long time ago, my brother used to be playful with me. He used to play imaginary games with me. Now, he "grew up". Now, he never plays games with me. Before, my brother barely ever got mad at me, now he gets mad at me very easily. It's a mystery what happened. Or was it because I am too annoying now? As we walked to the track in silence, we heard 1 bark, 2 barks, 3 barks. "What's that?" I asked. "Just some dogs." my brother quickly replied back. When we arrived at the track, we spotted the brown, small dogs. "I don't want to go anymore," I whined. "Grow up!" My brother shouted. If I go back, my mom will be super mad at me. While the banks like Countrywide Home Loans and Bear Stearns (JPMorgan Chase Bank) were making billions of dollars on mortgages, they were ridiculous in thinking that this would not come back on them tenfold. None of the three banking institutions fell below the average of 2.5 which is considered a weak position. Some of the contributing factors are as follows: On Financial Strength in 2015 JP Morgan Chase had assets of 2.39 trillion dollars, and Bank of America's assets was at 2.17 trillion dollars, while Wells Fargo trailed with assets of 1.44 trillion dollars. On Technology initiatives, in addition to the large amounts of resources assigned to banking technology, JP Morgan Chase has a technology budget of 500 million dollars for Cyber Security; Bank of America invested 400 million, while Wells Fargo spent 250 million on Cyber Security. In comparison, Google, arguably the most renowned tech company in the world, has around 60,000 employees. The keyboards provided by JPMC were basic plastic membrane keyboards that did not support any added functionality. Even as an intern, I ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

As Oster reports: "In the 60 –second anthem ad, featuring Serena Williams, fencing champion Tim Morehouse and The Rockettes, McGarrybowen contrasts the years these individuals took honing their craft with the seconds it takes to the moments it takes to pay bills at Chase.com, depositing checks at Chase ATMs and transferring funds using thebank's mobile app. There's also a 90–second online spot profiling The Rockettes, including what goes into each performance and the years of intense dance training it took the performers to get where they are.
