❖ Both are not interchangeable
❖ Social is a subset of Digital
❖ Digital is default. Social is a choice
❖ Digital is basic. Social slowly moving from luxury to
necessity.

Everyone talks about it, nobody really knows how to do it,
everyone thinks everyone else is doing it, so everyone
wants to try it or at least claim they’re doing it.

5. Questions to Ask yourself
❖ What is your business model? - Make money, profits, self
satisfaction, Hipstah type, entrepreneur/startup tag?
❖ What % of it is customer facing and how much - time,
effort, money - are you willing to invest?
❖ Are you social yourself? AND Social does not mean
Media?!
❖ Does your business warrant dependence on Social
Media?
