Cinch technology, with its easy user interface, allows for quick opening for easy entry and exit without compromising the snug fit or
comfortable performance of the ankle strap. BUiLT has been working on the Cinch bindings, beginning with the addition of a new heel
cup and highback in 2005 and since designing three years of new Cinch bindings for K2.

15. Trade show exhibits are a chance for companies to expand their business. Presenting the right image to those at the shows can make or
break a company. BUiLT designed and fabricated new booths for both the Gore Bike Wear division and the main Gore booth for the 2008
Interbike trade show. Keeping modularity in mind this booth can be reconfigured for use in a variety of spaces.

17. Gaining position in the highly competitive cycling and running segments is a difficult task. A company must present a unified image from
product to fixture. When Gore Bike Wear and Gore Running Wear, the leading European cycling and running apparel brands, were looking
to increase their market share in this segment, while maintaining their company focus on design detailing, they came to BUiLT to design
and manufacture an all new in-store retail fixture program.

19. Mountain Pacific Bank, a new community bank in the Pacific Northwest approached BUiLT for help with its brand identity. At that point,
the new bank didn’t even have a name. BUiLT helped with the naming process and then went on to develop a logo and corporate
collateral package. Since beginning work with MPB, BUiLT has designed the first two branch interiors along with their corporate offices
and numerous marketing elements including billboards and car wraps.

21. Marmot is a long time client of BUiLT. Over time, we have designed an extensive fixture program for Marmot that includes numerous
components that as a whole create a very effective modular system. When designing Marmot’s new program, BUiLT specified all recycled
content steel, eco friendly finishes and FSC certified europly for use in production of the fixtures.

25. Time can often be a detrimental factor in the design process, but it doesn’t have to be. When Marmot had just three days until a pitch to
the premier outdoor retailer but only a few sketches of a new line of“airflow”packs and no samples completed, they came to BUiLT for
help. They asked BUiLT to turn their concepts into reality. BUiLT took the sketches and created fully cooked designs that were not only
used to communicate with the manufacturer but also were effective enough to sell the packs into retail before a single stitch was made.

Arc’teryx has firmly cemented its reputation at the pinnacle of the outdoor industry with its world class gear. When they needed an
in-store program to live up to the same attention to detail in design and quality of fabrication as their products, they turned to BUiLT. In
the last year, we have designed an entirely new in-store program that is currently being rolled out worldwide.

29. CLIENT: BROOKS SPORTS, INC.
Brooks; a leading company in the high-performance men’s and women’s running shoe, apparel and accessory market; approached BUiLT
with a project for their advanced technologies division. BUiLT was asked to develop a running shoe for Chi running. This emerging
running style’s unique requirements resulted in a dramatic departure from the standard running shoe architecture. Though this shoe may
never come to market, the technology developed during the design process is being utilized in Brooks’current inline product.

Chaco, a leader in outdoor footwear, asked BUiLT to develop an eco-friendly foot-form to use for display of their sandals at retail. We
developed two options that meet there environmental ethos along with the requirement of being economical to manufacture. BUiLT
developed both a plastic and cardboard foot form that can be produced from fully recycled content and is working to develop a
biodegradable version as well.

Customer understanding and engaging displays help companies stay ahead of the curve in the outdoor cookware market. BUiLT was
hired by leading camping cookware manufacturer, GSI, to design and fabricate a series of compact product displays for their trade show
circuit. These displays use cutaways to demonstrate the nesting nature of the products as well as their material qualities.
