7- Auditing and reviewing (conditions ,specifications, contracts, inventory
quantities , estimate prices, and Financial Dues).
8- Testing and approving of samples and materials that used for implementation of
the projects.
9- Main member in the committees of primary and final delivery of projects and
evaluation of buildings.
10- Studying and approving contractor’s claims.
11- Interviewing and approving contractor’s engineers.
