candidate from within or outside of an organization for a job opening in a
timely and cost-effective manner.

Internal :
Transfer
We can give transfer to an employee if we have very urgent

We can also give the promotions to the particular employee
who is eligible for promotion.

1)News papers Ad’s
2)Ad’s on Website of Colleges and Universities to attract New Talent
3)Ad’s on Social Media(Like :- Facebook , Twitter, Linkedin etc.) and we can also give ad’s
on other Websites Related to Education Institute or Job vacancies (Like: Shiksha.com,
Govtjobs.com etc.)
Placement Consultants :
We can also contact consultants like :- ABC Consultant to fill the positions ,but this will
increase the additional cost of the company.
Campus Recruitment :
To Search the New talent we can also approach the Colleges
and universities to do campus drive and hire best talent .
We can also take references from the students in colleges and universities.
Head Hunting:
We can directly visit the competitor’s work place and take contact details of
employees and approach them for the particular job positions in our organization.
For education institute we can also take the details of teachers from students who
are studying in competitor’s institute .Once we get the details we can approach
them for particular job position.
Employee references/ References from job applicants:
We can take references from the employee of our company and provide additional
benefits to them. Apart from taking references from employee we can also take
references from the job applicants as well.
Job Fairs & Education Exhibitions:
We can visit the job fairs to search the candidates and we will also get the data
from job fairs.
Job Portals & Organizations Website:
We can post the vacancies on job portals like:- Naukri.com, Timesjobs.com etc. apart from
posting of vacancies we can also search the resumes on the job portals.
We can also post Current Vacancies on the career page of Organization website , So
that the Interested Candidates should be able to apply through that.
Social Media :
We can contact the candidates through social media as well .(like- Facebook,
Instagram, Linkedin etc.
