1. Day 1: September 23, 2010 First Grade Class 2 hour time period This is one student on our first day together, using the touch- screen computer to play an interactive game on Nickjr.com

2. Day 3: October 7, 2010 First Grade Class 2 hour time period This is a picture of the classroom. Notice that the desks, chairs, and other pieces of furniture are neat and organized and allow traffic patterns.

3. Day 4: October 14, 2010 First Grade Class 2 hour time period This is one student using a personal laptop & headphones to play an interactive activity about writing and grammar.

4. Day 6: November 4, 2010 First Grade Class 2.5 hour time period This is one student playing the Thomas the Tank Engine software on the classroom touch-screen computer. The Smartboard is located at the front of the room for every student to see. It is used mainly for interactive math and language arts lessons.

5. Reflection The impact these students had on me was indescribable. Great first-time experience in an all-inclusive Ex Ed classroom. It has affected me greatly seeing students with disabilities living each day with positive, ready-to-learn attitudes. I have learned many techniques and strategies to use in order to make students with disabilities feel more comfortable.
