2. JOB SCOPE:
• FORECAST/MRP (Material Requeriments Planning)
Calculations based on the Demand/Sales order and Bill of material.
• PROCUREMENT CONTROL
Monitoring the procurement process (PR, PO untill arrival).
Control the prices of materials (raw material, packaging material and office
equipments), purchase request, purchase order, freight cost and services from
suppliers to support Cost of Good Manufacture (COGM) and CAPEX.
Organize the material list; supplier name, lead time, load delivery and
minimum order.
• CREATE INCOMING SCHEDULE
Based on lead time of the supplier, delivery load, the minimum order, the
capacity of the warehouse, unloading capacity and production
requirements.
• STORAGE
Identification of the material (supplier name, date of arrival / FIFO, expired
date / FEFO), mapping, procedures to handle the material, inventory control,
labeling, quality status, cycle count and stock opname.
Setting the level of stock (minimum and maximum stock).
Control conditions and warehouse facilities.
• PRODUCTION PLANNING
Make MPS; Monthly and weekly planning, based on Sales forecast (confirmed
demand plan, expansion of the sales area and record sales history),
production process, machine capacity and man power capacity.
Collection of data as a basis for the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Manpower Planning (MPP) calculation.
• DELIVERY
Delivery schedule, customer request (quantity, quality and delivery time), load
capacity and transportation required.
