7. PROGRESS
• We order the rigid plastic seal for our gelato stainless pan, to replace the use of aluminum foil to cover
stainless pan.
• We are waiting the possibility to replace our paper cup with biodegradable cup from leaves.
• We are building incentive program for the staff with bank sampah. So, the staff will motivate to separate
the waste in the working environment.
HINDRANCE
• Difficulty for staff training to ensure everyone following the SOP.
• Conduct clean practice that suites with the hygiene standard. For example: plastic vacuum to store the
ingredients safely to avoid any contamination.
• Financially not ready yet to hiring 1 dedicated staff to manage waste issue and sustainability projects in
the company.
POTENTIAL SOLUTION

OUR GOAL
• We would like to conduct cleaner business and inspire other people and organization around us to also
practice cleaner business
• Beside that, we hope that we can bring impact one day to the local community around our
neighborhood to bring real change in their livelihood.
