MIGRATION STRATEGY
Our team has conducted numerous migrations for LAN, WAN, WLAN and data centre solutions. This

We can support your voice and data network cabling needs at every stage of the lifecycle, from design to
implementation, maintenance and cabinet rationalisation. Structured cabling systems are often taken for

Having experienced the growth of a successful channel business in a variety of roles including service
delivery, support and professional services, William Kirby is responsible for the future direction of the
business as part of the senior management team. As one of the original founders, William’s role includes
building a sustainable and efficient operation capable of delivering service excellence and commercial
reactiveness.
JAKE CORNFORD, TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Jake Cornford has been working in the IT channel alongside manufacturers, resellers and end users for
more than 20 years. This wealth of experience has allowed Jake to gain a deep understanding of the market
and an appreciation for customer's needs at every stage of the delivery chain. Involved in the successful
growth of a number of businesses, he knows that the delivery of a quality service sits at the very core of
trusted partnerships.
SIMON CARE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
A highly motivated and driven individual with a must win attitude and 10+ years’ experience working
within the channel, so I understand how it operates. Simon Care is the Business Development Director for
our Networking (Inc Mobility & Security), Voice and Data Centre business units at NodeOne for the UK &
Ireland. He is responsible for the GM and revenue line, maintaining and growing market share and the
profitability of our business units selling Professional Services and Support. Simon continues to drive
growth for NodeOne finding new partners (Resellers, SI's, Outsourcers & Vendors) and developing strategic
relationships within the channel community and vendors combined with sales activity, including new sales
strategies, managing a growing team, developing new revenue streams, driving the business forward and
focusing on developing both new and existing services.
His specialties include: Business Development, Channel Management, Channel Development, Market
Indicators, Vendor Management, Partner Management, Negotiation, Strategic Sales development,
Networking, New market penetration, Multi-vendor, Multi-product technologies, Strategic planning,
Strategic growth, Channel strategy, business strategy, sales team planning, coaching.
