Helpdesk
Onsite Support Preventive Maintenance
Remote Support
Under certain emergency situation, on-site support services may
be trigger by Client for our engineer to provide on-site
maintenance support (eg. troubleshooting, data collection,
problem diagnosis etc).
In case that the Helpdesk cannot effectively solve the equipment
problems, we will provide Remote Access Diagnosis if it is agreed
by Client.
Helpdesk provides a way to consult maintenance problem, solve
network fault, efficient know-how and experience to Client via
telephone, fax and email. Reported problem will be addressed on
a priority basis, and will be quickly and competently responded
and resolved within a defined Service Level Agreement. We will
remain in contact with Client until the problem has been fully
resolved.

any affected devices with coordination on the date of
Preventive Maintenance
