3.  Inspection of Fire Prevention equipment , Fire Extinguisher, fire hydra inline, smoke
detector and fire siren/alarm.
 Attend morning field safety briefing at staging area and assembly point to ensure site safety
Plan is coverd .
 Keep worker,Supervisors and the safety assistant informed often .
 General and Scheduled houskeeping for the respective area .
 TBTM – Ensure all employess attending daily (Tool Box Talk Meeting),prior to start ofwork .
 START CARD – Ensure all employees attending daily ( Safety Talk Assessment Risk of
Task ) START CARD meeting & Ensure they are aware specific job Hazard with
preventing measure.
 PPE-Ensure all employees are working & staying at site daily with proper mandatory PPE.
 Site Traffic Control – Flag-man/Banks-man assiging for site traffic control.
 PTW-ensure all critical activities should be permored under the PTW system (Confined
Space,Hot Work,Lifting,Work at height & Hydraulic penematic test etc ) .
 Making daily observation report & taking corrective action as per requirement.
 Identification of job and work station Hazard.
 Monitering/safety coverage for all site activities & taking preventing action agianst unsafe act
or condition.
