• Currently working on Zee T.V., Zee Cinema handling following Zee H.D. &
Zee Cinema channels.
On Air Transmission:-
• Maintaining the play list (play lists management with customized
transmission effects & secondary events (bugs & Aston Bands). Integrated
control of broadcast device.)
• Operations on media client workstation of, Drake and Pebble Beach
Systems including cashing of Audio/ Video data into video servers, bar

• Operation on Air client Workstation for transmission Operation Includes

(Tektronix Video Server), Sony Flexi cart Machines, Oxtel-Miranda Image store,
Oxtel Easy key, Probel Router Switcher, Character generators in the
Transmission, Commercial Compilation, Break Tape Compilation for manual
channels.
• Live Transmission Operation of ZEE News, Zee 24Tass, Zee Business & Play TV
Channel in Master Control Room (MCR) and Broadcast Center.
• Preparation of play list for Automation with customizable transition effects and
secondary events.

3. Equipment Hands on:-
• Video server: PDR– 300 Tektronix based on MPEG – 2 standards (Replacement for
one for one VTR). Using in caching, playing of promos. Having Knowledge of
Digital Transport stream used in broadcasting and MPEG - 2 Compression
standard, Profile San Networks (PVS) and Leitch Video Servers.
• Handling Sony Flexi carts, a robotics system used for playing tapes automatically
integrated with Drake Automation equipped with Beta cam – SX VTR’s for
playback.
• CHYRON Duets (Character Generator) used for display of names etc. Imagestore
and Easy key used for Keying of Logos, Bugs etc.
• Media client for caching of promos and commercials in Video servers integrated
with Pebble Beach automation.
• Media Distribution system used for animated, still bugs to provide for Imagestore
and Easy key for keying purpose.
