they contribute to advancement of technology.
Working on a campus with all sorts of recreation and health
amenities, lots of social events and quiet and clean working
space, keep all employees to work more and stay on campus.
Constant, open and transparent communication among team
members and managers with every member of their team
individually, helps everyone to understand their tasks better and
collaborate with their team better.
Having flexible work schedule and being able to work from
home if necessary, is another factor that keeps employees
motivated.
All the employees are aware and are constantly reminded of
Intel climate change policy and how Intel addresses climate
change.
