A subdivision plat was recorded in the public records on June 22, 1992. In 2005 DeLisha Milton- Jones purchased lot #5 in that subdivision and in 2010 Corey Brewer purchased the adjacent lot #6. DeLisha and Corey now have a dispute over their common boundary line. Is senior rights an issue in this case (yes or no)? Give a one-sentence explanation supporting your answer. Solution Yes, Senior rights is an issue in this case . Actually there is no noones land to create a gap between two boundary lines.Actually the court has to take a decision regarding the issue there is no fixed solution for this case..
