Vision
To provide and deliver the most credible and holistic
leadership opportunities and empower young individuals
makingthem better global leaders through international
internships.
Mission
Deliver 80 holistic experiences to students of diverse
backgrounds, showcasingimpact externally and have 3
sustainable university partners.
WhatWorked?
• University Relations – St. Francis College.
• Delivery of InformationSeminars.
• Very good amount of follow ups –OGX is all about the rightamount of
follow up.
• Very strong and dedicated MLM and hence the department.
• RnR Campaign– though we couldn’t make it. :/
• Online campaign which lead to ORS Leads.
• EPIC!!! =D
What didn’t work?
• CAP – Campus Ambassador Program.
• IXP – Integrated Experiences.
• MLM being discharged early, leading to relaxation towards the
final sprint of Quarter 1.
• Major GES – Global Entrepreneur’s Session.
Member Retention
• Team Leader – Syed Hassan, Ramya Malapaka and Kaushik
Nooguri.
• Members – Asmath, Sharun, Vedanthi, AronAnish, Samreen,
Rohanak, Harshita, Junaid, Abdi,Yashaswini Varun.
All are active members! =)
