Getting Frequency Data
Click ‘Analyze’, choose ‘Descriptive
Statistics’, then choose ‘Frequency’
Select Demographic Variables
Under Statistics, choose ‘Mode’,
then click ‘Continue’
Click ‘ok’
Output for Demographic Frequency
(Count) and Percentage
For all Likert Scale Items, do all the
steps again, click Statistics
Choose Mode, Mean, SD, Variance
Output will give Frequency &
percentage for Scale Items (save
file)
