The students visited All India Radio (AIR), the national public radio broadcaster of India established in 1930. AIR hosts a variety of social, cultural, scientific, and educational programs to entertain and educate audiences. The students toured various departments including accounts, engineering, library, and programs and learned about AIR's communication barriers between different levels and departments. They provided suggestions like arranging friendly meetings between employees and higher officials and motivating teamwork and cultural events to improve employee bonding and reduce barriers.
