Life is full of chances. Deciding whether or not to take the chance is an individual choice.
Once a person or an animal has to decide on a chance, it can change their lives in many ways. It
may be a huge change or a little change, either way is decided by a chance. The example of this
comes from the story of Fred the fish. Fred was a normal fish, not a complicated fish. He would
do like all the other fishes and swim in their owner Tim’s fish bowl. Their bowl was not that
complicated either, it was simple and clear. Tim kept their water clear and feed them every day
at the same time. Yet, one day things changed, Tim’s sister Tammy, decided she wanted her own
fish. Tim being the caring brother he was decided to let her pick one fish to keep in her own
bowl. His only rules were that she had to feed the fish every day and keep the bowls next to each
other. She agreed and went to pick out a fish for her bowl. They were all the same yet, for some
reason Fred stuck out to her. She choose him by chance and he was moved over to the separate
bowl from his friends. This scared Fred and his friends as they feared for his life alone. He swam
against the glass trying to get back to them but couldn’t. As Tim and Tammy left the room, Fred
had no idea how to get back to his friends. Then suddenly he had an idea. His idea was to swim
around the bowl as fast as he can to move the current of the water to throw him into his old bowl.
He knew that anything could happen to him but he took his chance to get to his friends. As he
swam faster and faster, the water began to turn with him. Eventually it throw him into the air
towards the bowl. Then Tammy came in and…..
