patients. The novelty comes from;
- Sharing presence information of team members
- Having one alias for a group (phonenumber)

then 1st one can be also a good option for you.. Or client
demands is matching with personal development of 2nd

However, to have that precise, we should make the team
members to share their presence information. What is this

Presence information: Control and
Share
Your team members can share their presence information
easily and securely between each others with Team-up
app. In current version of Team-up app, team members
can decide on;
- Availability (Available, not available, coffee break, lunch
break)
- Location (Home, Work, On the way, Near client)
- Emotional Mood (Sad, happy, angry...)
- Activity (Sitting, stand up)
- Reachability (Reachable, unreachable) parameters.
Each of this parameters can be turn on/off according to
the privacy perception of the group members.
Furthermore, our AI will help users to fill in the presence
information automatically.
Presence information can also be shared on social medias
if the group members want to use it private purposes.

The entered state information is not for; Time tracking,
Performance measuring but for creating a better
connection between team members.

From this page;
■ Group members can see the job description and
give their responses. These messages can be
modified according to presence information of
group members.
■ Getting other members presence information
within real-time. By having this chance, they can
change their behavior according to this
information (Scrollable- 9 users)
■ Assigned tasks and details of the job based on
keywords.

But what about the privacy?
The employees can control and define when they are
going to share their presence information with group.
This sharing is not for a moment but for a time period.
Current employee, checked in 8:35 and his presence
information will be shared from 9:00 to 17:00 and from 20:
00 to 21:00 (for emergency case).
In addition to this, employee can take a break which
changes presence information to "having break"i. User can
choose the length break from predefined time periods (5,
15, 30, 60).
Lastly, employee can see some important news about
team from his news screen.

Group members and promote their skills
Here is a screenshot for Anna van Berlo (team member).
She is 42, working for 12 years as caretaker. She knows
more about caring context. She nominated as Care Queen
because she completed xxxx care related tasks, she is very
responsive to help other group members.

■ Her presence information
■ Her expertise
■ Possible communication actions

Communicate for free and easy!
Communication is very important to reach conclusions.
According to the several studies, the dialog oriented
communication is needed for thinking and questioning
together.
■ Date will be present as a breaker
■ Different colors for differentiating receiver and
sender.
■ Time of the sent message
■ Attachment (not in v1.0)
Employee can add another contact to on-going
conversation if they also want to get their opinion.
