To whom this may concern,
We are A2 Media Studies students at St Paul’s Catholic College, studying OCR
Unit G324, which requires us to film a soap opera trailer. To get the best grade
possible for our coursework, we graciously ask for your permission to use the
song “Wildest Dreams” by your artist Taylor Swift.
We would be very grateful to use this song in our trailer as it would suit the type
of genre we are constructing as well as the significant lyrical content in the song
which links to the theme of our trailer. We would like to stress greatly that our
trailer will not be promoted on any television channel and will only be presented
in the OCR Exam board as part of our coursework.
We would like to request permission to use this song, as it would blend in well
with our project.
If you need to contact our Media Studies teacher Mr. Vinnicombe, he can be
reached on mvinnicombe@st-pauls.surrey.sch.uk
Alternatively the school number is 01932 783 811.
Yours faithfully,
Aaron Thomas, Joseph Gibbs, Abbie Fowler and Hannah D’ Souza
