5. Delivery
Service
The first one is called delivery
service. Firstly, we pick up the tenants
from the location they have given to
us and take them to the house or flat
which they want to have a look. This
service solves the problem of the new
international students who feel quit
difficult to find the right way and also
can make tenants feel intimacy of the
UK. After that, we also can bring them
back.

6. Finding
Roommates
Initial ideas
The second idea is help the
international students to find the
roommates. We decided to push out
a function to let the tenants chatting
together, through the process, they
can pick the suitable one as their
roommate. It is better to force the
two-different-culture people live
together. It can also make the tenants
feel satisfied wit the living
environments.
7. Matching
System
The last one is about the relationship
between landlords and tenants. when an
international student want to rent a flat,
before signing a contract, they should
have a test, and Citizen UK can be the
judgment to matching their living habits
are identical or not. After that, we can
give a score, if it is lower than50%, we
should give then the suggestion let them
consider carefully whether the tenants
want to rent the flat or not. This like a
kind of guard against.

information about this app.

this app.
