Summary of Scope of Work
Support provided by Wanclouds will be for OpenStack environment
ONLY and will be limited to regular Operations and Maintenance of
OpenStack. This does not include Support for any proprietary Hardware
and Software.
However, it does include the use of CHAI by Wanclouds Support Team
to proactively mitigate and troubleshoot 'Incidents'. (CHAI may be shared
when requested during Remote Incident Resolution.)
Support Includes:
- Assistance with problems encountered during regular operations and
maintenance.
- Providing guidance on configuration settings.
- Troubleshooting product issues, failures, or outages.
- 24x7 monitoring and diagnostics by CHAI platform, managed by
Wanclouds.
Support DOES NOT include;
- Bugs or Patch fixes to 3rd party hardware or software.
Service Provider is responsible for:
- Performing actual hands-on deployment or management of OpenStack
cloud.
- Installation/Deployment/Maintenance of proprietary software or hardware
such as drivers, hypervisors, host OS, SDN frameworks.
- Code development.
- Workload on-boarding or migration.
- System and network design
- Implementation and development of security rules and policies or security
