 BASIC PRODUCT:
The basic product of the pen is includes its physical shape size
and color
 EXPECTED PRODUCTS:
The expected product of Includes the Quality of the Pen,
Writing Experience, Smoothness
 AUGMENTED PRODUCT:
The Augmented Product of Pen Includes Extra Feathers Such
As Clip, Retractable Mechanism
 POTENTIAL PRODUCT:
The potential product of pen includes future innovations or
improvement to make it more friendly and smooth.
2. REGISTER
 CORE BENFITS:
The core benefits of a register to provide space for writing
 BASIC PRODUCT:
The basic product of a register includes the brand name, its
physical feathers size and color of the register
 EXPECTED PRODUCTS:
The expected product of a register includes the quality of the
paper such as its thickness and durability and the binding and
its strength
 AUGMENTED PRODUCT:
The augmented product of a register includes additional
feathers such as a register with a cover design, page dividers
or built in pen holder

about register or improvement such as to increase the

quality of the material and construction such as the durability
of the sole and the comfort of the insole

that enhance the product beyond its basic functionality such as
a stylish design additional support or waterproofing

The potential product of shoes includes future innovation or
improvement that could be made to the product.
For example incorporation new material that provide added
comfort or durability.

The core benefits of mask is to protect from dust and viruses

The basic product of mask is the cloth and paper and is design
to cover the nose and mouth
 EXPECTED PRODUCTS:
The expected product of mask is that is comfortable to wear
and is effective in filtering out dust particles
 AUGMENTED PRODUCT:
Augmented product for mask is the stylish design and
fashionable, while still providing the necessary protection
 POTENTIAL PRODUCT:
A potential product for a mask is that can be customized to fit
the wearer face, providing a more secure and comfortable fit

The core benefits of a mobile phone is to make and receive
calls and messages
 BASIC PRODUCT:
The basic product for a mobile phone is its size name of the
mobile, color and shape
 EXPECTED PRODUCTS:
An expected product for the mobile phone is that has a long
battery life and easy to use and has additional features.
 AUGMENTED PRODUCT:
An augmented product for a mobile is that offer additional
services after sale such as access to social media video
streaming and mobile banking
 POTENTIAL PRODUCT:
The potential product for a mobile is the those future
innovation and improvement that can be added to mobiles in
the future such as AI and voice control system
6. BIKE
 CORE BENFITS:
The core benefits for the bike is to provide transportation
 BASIC PRODUCT:
The basic product of a bike is the brand name of the bike, its
durability and the size and color of the bike
 EXPECTED PRODUCTS:
The expected product of bike is that its durability, comfortable
to ride and has basic features such as brakes and gears
 AUGMENTED PRODUCT:
The augmented product for the bike is that has additional
feathers such as lightweight frame, suspension system and
advance gears
 POTENTIAL PRODUCT:
The potential product for bike is the future innovation and
improvement in bikes such as GPS tracking system, electric
power assist and built in safety sensors

The core benefits for the laptops is to provide computing power
and mobility
 BASIC PRODUCT:
The basic product for the laptop is the brand name, the size,
shape and color of the laptop
 EXPECTED PRODUCTS:
The expected product of laptop is that has a long battery life
and is easy to use, and has extra feathers such as webcam and
build in speaker
 AUGMENTED PRODUCT:
The augmented product of laptops is that offers touchscreen
display high resolution graphics and advance security feathers
 POTENTIAL PRODUCT:
The potential product of the laptops is the upcoming future
innovation improvement such as uses of advance technology
that will makes laptops faster and AI and virtual reality

The core benefit of Pepsi is to provide a refreshing and
flavorful beverage.
 BASIC PRODUCT:
A basic Pepsi product is a carbonated soft drink that
comes in a can or bottle and is made with high-fructose
corn syrup, caramel color, and natural and artificial
flavors.
 EXPECTED PRODUCT:
An expected Pepsi product is one that is cold,
refreshing, and has a consistent flavor and quality.

An augmented Pepsi product is one that offers

different flavors, and packaging options, such as a glass
