COMPETENCIES
Entrepreneurship: I am loyal to the client/employer without losing my professional
independency. I actively look for opportunities, instead of waiting passively.
Management: Aided by my professionalism and experience, I achieve goals through good
preparation. I improvise creatively, and if the situation necessitates it, I go in
search of support and work with others.
Performance: My actions are focussed on achieving a predefined goal. That applies to both
individual goals and a joint objective, for which I am able to enthuse and
motivate others as well as be very convincing. I transform plans or assignments
into concrete actions and take responsibility for the final result, or my part
therein.
Collaboration: I can work well independently and in a leadership position but am also a real
team player. With a well-developed empathetic ability, I am able to contribute
to a pleasant work environment. I like to create a framework that will motivate
others to attain the best results. I am a true networker and know how to bring
people together.
Analysing In a dynamic organization, it is important to quickly ascertain, analyse and
evaluate information and signals from divers ‘layers’ of the organization. This
also applies to signals coming from third parties. I am capable of putting this
information into context, figuring out how it relates, determining possible
solutions and implementing them.
Communication: I am pragmatic and decisive by nature. My communication style is direct and
my actions are taken with resolve. I stay calm and collected in a crisis
situation. Difficult situations stimulate me to be the best I can be, and I
stimulate my team to do the same. I counter opposition with understanding
and empathy, but they do not make me waiver and do not get in the way of
achieving goals.
