Yuri is a strategical thinker and visionary. With over 20 years of experience in software development and
managing the delivery of complex programmes worldwide and an eclectic background that ranges from
anthropology to software development and engineering, he understands what it takes to deliver value and
strategically advice for the most cost-effective solutions. Yuri is the company major driving force.
With impeccable market vision and the aim to offer SMART solutions, Yuri has founded Anansi.
Salvatore Pennino, Co founder & CTO
Backed by over 13 years of extensive expertise in Change Management, Business analysis, Mobile and web
apps, Salvatore drives the company technology initiatives as well as leading the development hub in Italy,
bringing the company the spirit of innovation and eventually ensure the highest quality software solutions

•First, we want to understand clearly the challenges you are facing. An initial interview is the
foundation of our collaboration with you. A thorough case research is what comes next,
following our feedbacks on how we think we can help you.
PROPOSAL
•Through a scrupulous analysis of your business case, we are able to provide a well-

PLANNING
•This is the part where we organise and prepare everything required to a successful delivery,
from processes to approaches and, of course, all the relevant documentation necessary to

DEVELOPMENT, TESTING & DEPLOYMENT
•Pre-Alfa, Alfa, Beta, Pre-Production & Production versions coding, testing and deployment

Development and Testing Cycle, our Agile process embed the
best Agile and enables to obtain value each cycle and deliver
your solutions faster without the need to invest much time
creating detailed documentation i.e. for less
Collaborative (Hybrid) Approach
The Collaborative Model aims to combine both the models – Waterfall
and Agile. Leveraging both the Waterfall and Agile approach ensures the
success of the project. It removes the disadvantages of both the models
while bringing together the advantages of both.
Some advantages of the Hybrid model are:
 Combines the benefits of both Agile and Waterfall processes.
 High-level design is prepared applying waterfall principles.
 Coding and testing are done using agile methodology.
