on our third bridge within the community of
Lake Arrowhead. Our latest bridge is a primary
connection for the newest homes in this growing
lakefront development. The wide-planed X-design
resembles the craftsmanship of fine furniture
saturated with rich translucent oils and crisp deck
surfaces. Crossing a lake inlet, former bridge, and
utility pipelines, this bridge rises above all with style
and grace.

Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens enlisted York
Bridge ConceptsTM
in fulfilling a vision of creating a
grandeur pathway to their visitor center. The bridge
is composed of beautiful dense hardwoods that
soar over wetlands and roadways. The winding
structure is anchored into a formidable rocky
substrate that required patience, precision, and
exquisite expertise to construct. The finished design

In a creative collaboration, YBC worked with
designers to develop a stylish network of low lying
paths, swooping curves, seamless social spaces,
and a rolling bridge. A thin ribbon of handrail floats
above a composite deck washed in contemporary
greys, and silver is a perfect complement to the
modernly clad structure. The finished product mirrors
the craft of creativity intertwined in the campus and
its lessons.

community sought out YBC to connect residents to a
core of luxurious amenities. Surrounded by coastal
architecture and tropical landscape, the bridge
design is infused with an oasis-inspired color palette
of soft island greys, whites, and a rhythmic series of
sculpted black pickets. Now sparkling over the water
is a premier bridge for a premier community.

community connects to Sarasota’s trail network.
Nestled in a lush tropical landscape, the DeceroTM
Design Team created a sleek modern bridge that
glides over the entry pond in a subtly curving path
that unites people and environments. The simplicity
of the bridge complements the welcoming elegance
of the main entry, like the warmth of a gentle smile.

The Town Village mixed-use development wanted to
establish a connection with the bustling Town Center
at Cobb Mall over an expansive creek and flood
plain. The DeceroTM
Design Team created a gorgeous
tapered and rolling profile, dressed in a rich earth-
toned palette that dashes over the crossing and
minimized impacts to the wetlands. The completed
bridge embodies an architecturally exquisite
charismatic link that is sure to leave a legacy.

The latest complex renovations feature a beautiful
timber vehicular bridge over the channel of fountains.
Designed to improve connectivity and serve as an
iconic element, this rustic low country styled bridge
includes hearty timber components glazed with a
mix of enticing colors that summon the warmth of
southern hospitality.

The Solar Farms educational facilities needed a bridge to give
nearby students access. Combining rustic colors and wire rope,
the airy handrails soar above the bridge deck. This aesthetic
design skims over a creek and unifies the properties.

The Heights at Ashford boutique development
needed a main entry bridge to cross a rock-laden
ravine and flood plain to access hillside residences.
An innovative design and construction strategy was
developed to ease the impact of site conditions
and challenges. The result is a bridge with a crisp,
alluring aesthetic with a sophisticated color palette
that greets residents every day.

team to expand the community’s engagement
with nature. The project features a boardwalk, pier
with pavilion, pedestrian bridge, and outdoor bar.
The pedestrian bridge is a beautifully composed
rolled arch, crossing a winding waterway that is
enhanced by a rhythmic mix of materials, accents,
and dual-tone color palette. Each design resonates
with the surrounding nature, beautifully unifying the
experience of residents and visitors.
