Spring is finally here! It’s time to clean out the
house, take out the shorts and t-shirts, pack up
the family for a vacation, and get back in touch
with old friends. But because all of us Minneso-
tans know that we have crazy shifts in whether,
lets make sure we don’t put away those winter
coats just yet when the first day of spring comes.
So Happy
Technical First
Day of Spring.

Health Tips
SCS Employee Fun Facts
1. Be aware of stress factors in your life – stress is unavoidable,
but by knowing what things stress you out, you can try to avoid
these triggers
2. Listen to your body – when you have an illness or pain, your
body is telling you there is something wrong and you must do
something about.
3. Develop healthy routines – Don’t wait for you body to break
down, then eat healthy and exercise. Health is about maintaining
not fixing.
4. Give yourself a break – when you are physically tired, relax,
when you are mentally tired, sleep. Your body is working hard
for you all day long. Schedule time to rest your organs.
5. Limit your vices and risk behaviors – quit smoking, beat drug
addiction, and if necessary, stop drinking. Don’t speed or fight or
look for excessive thrill.

St. Patrick's Day Craft Easter Day Activity
If you have kids and you’re
looking to entertain them this
St. Patrick’s day, here’s an
easy craft for you to do.
Rainbow Pot o’ Gold Chain
What you will need:
1. 7 different colored
construction paper
2. Scissors
3. Gold glitter
4. Glue/tape
5. Yarn
Instructions:
Start by cutting out one strip
of each of the coloring sheets.
Make a circle out of one of
the strips by gluing both ends
together. Then insert another
strip into the circle and glue
both ends together making 2

this with the next four leaving
the black strip for last as this

one side of the black pot.
Then take the black strip and
on the same side as where the
circles were glued, glue the

and rub a think layer over the
yellow circles. Then sprinkle
gold glitter all over the. Final-
