My background

10. My background
• I have been working for various MNC, in Europe and in Asia, for 35 years.
• My first international assignment was for Michelin in Germany, where I set up
costing and KPIs in their largest factory.
• I have also worked for SEB Group to launch their activities in Asia Pacific, from
1994 and 2001, a regional CFO/COO. Set up and management of a WOFE in
China, creation of commercial companies in the region, management of the
operations for South China and Hong Kong.
• I came back to Asia (in Shanghai) for Saint-Gobain, as VP Finance for Asia
Pacific. A huge work of organization and results improvements.
• 2 years in Moscow, in charge of the CIS countries in a corporate function.
• 3 years in Prague, for the Eastern Europe countries; here again, a very
important work of turnaround;
• Hong Kong in 2013-2015 as CFO for Asia Pacific for a Swiss company, to set up
the regional platform and optimize their operations
• India during 1 year as Interim CEO for the same Swiss company, after the
departure of their management: crisis management, and full turnaround.
Since April 2016, I am working with some selected colleagues and partners, all
French, coming from different areas and functions.
• For example, I deal with specialists in Sales and marketing, HR (recruitments,
audits, organization), IT (ERP and office), Security, M&A, Financing, Logistic,
Intellectual property.
• We have been working various industries, such as kitchen and home
appliances, food and beverage, jewelries, building materials, automotive and
others.
