In every moment of our lives, we handle a tremendous amount of large data, this large data will become a store of values if we could be turned it into

searchable information involving analysis steps. The big challenge is that 90% of the large data are unstructured data which is growing faster than
structured data, unstructured data as a data warehouse come without any predefined data structure and not appropriate with any relational database

Gerrymandering is defined as the establishment of boundaries of voting districts with the main objective of determining the partial or complete
outcome of elections. Gerrymanders are designed with the main objective of insuring the defeat of specific individuals or electing political allies.
There are a number of objectives of gerrymandering. Gerrymandering is usually carried out in order to allow for the reelection of incumbents or for

The resulting districts are normally referred to as gerrymanders and they are composed of pro–incumbents and partisans. Partisan gerrymandering
involves the redrawing of political lines in order to favor a given political party. Incumbent gerrymandering involves the redrawing of boundaries in a
bipartisan manner that is aimed at benefiting the incumbents on both sides of the aisle (Snider 2012).
The gerrymandering process allows the majority party within a given state to maximize the number of seats it can win in the future elections. This leads
it into creating as many districts as possible where it constitutes the majority. By doing this, those who support the minority parties are packed into the
remaining few districts. This results in more electoral security for the minority party and less electoral security for the members of the minority parties.
It also produces greater homogeneity within the districts while reducing competition for the house seats. Apart from the positive effects of
gerrymandering, there are a number of negative effects associated with partisan gerrymandering. This process results in more competitive districts
when compared to the non competitive districts and this in turn ambiguously affects polarization. Partisan gerrymandering also affects the state
legislative electoral competitiveness as it has severe partisan biases. Excessive partisan gerrymandering is the violation of the equal protection clause

The term "mentoring" has surged into the literature in many disciplines (e.g., sociology, social psychology, education, management, social work,
healthcare management, etc.) over the last several decades. Mentoring emerged in the organizational literature in the late 1970s (e.g., Clawson, 1979;
Collins and Scott, 1978; Kanter, 1977; Phillips, 1977; Roche, 1979; Shapiro et al., 1978). Since that time, hundreds of books and articles (popular
press, practitioner–oriented, and academic) have been published on mentoring in various organizational settings alone, not to mention other settings in
which mentoring has been examined (e.g., teaching, nursing, social work, etc.) (Kelly, 2001). Published works in the organizational literature on
mentoring have been anecdotal, conceptual, and empirical; and several journals have dedicated special editions to mentoring. By and large, these
published works have highlighted the overwhelming perceived beneп¬Ѓts (e.g., increased mobility, promotion opportunity, and total compensation),

1.5. Intersectionality
For the purpose of this thesis, the term, intersectioanlity will be discussed in this subchapter. Intersectionality, a feminist sociological theory, is a term
coined by a famous researcher KimberlГ© Crenshaw in her essay entitled Demarginalizing the Intersection of Race and Sex: A Black Feminist Critique
of Antidiscrimination Doctrine, Feminist Theory and Antiracist Politics (1989). The notion is connected with different forms of oppressions
experienced simultaneously by African American women. In her essay, Crenshaw compares discrimination to traffic. She states that women can be
victims of discrimination and its consequences that may come from many directions, which she called in her research as an intersection of gender,

Yet, Crenshaw admits, "it is not always easy to reconstruct an accident" (1991). The reason behind this statement is a need to categorize the two
dimensions of racism and sexism because the two terms are closely intertwined. And "the intersectional experience", according to Crenshaw, "is greater
than the sum of racism and sexism, any analysis that does not take intersectionality into account cannot sufficiently address the particular manner in
which Black women are subordinated" (1991). The scholar argues a black woman has an intersectional identity because of two key factors: she is
woman and she is black which shape her life from the very beginning and, more importantly, she may be marginalized within them. Crenshaw divides
intersectionality into three main categories (1991). The first, structural intersetionality refers to the experiences of black women in terms of domestic
violence. Crenshew states at this point that there are many women of color who are excluded from their societies in terms of education and work. Apart
from that, they often become victims of the class oppression and hierarchy that situate them at the bottom of the community structure. The second,
political intersectionality depicts a problem with violence against women who are often marginalized. According to Crenshaw, it stems from the fact
that women of color are often torn between political groups presenting conflicting agendas. On the one hand, they still have to opt for their rights as
women in the male–dominated world and, on the other hand, they have to confront themselves with white women. At this point, the intersectionality
