- Πριν 2 χρόνια συνεργασία με το δίκτυο mentoring για γυναίκες στην Ελλάδα, Women on Top, με αφορμή της αξίες μας και να βελτιωθούμε Μέσα από το πρόγραμμα αυτό, 10 γυναίκες, (20-28 ετών), είχαν τη δυνατότητα για 3 μήνες να συναντούν γυναίκες στελέχη της Microsoft, ώστε να παίρνουν συμβουλές και εφόδια, που θα τους βοηθήσουν να έχουν μια επιτυχημένη επαγγελματική σταδιοδρομία. Μάλιστα, για τη διάδοση του προγράμματος, η Microsoft δημιούργησε και ένα video με πρωταγωνίστριες επτά γυναίκες στελέχη της εταιρίας, οι οποίες περιγράφουν την καθημερινότητα τους και μοιράζονται τις σκέψεις τους και τις εμπειρίες τους από την δουλειά
