• The program is inspired, developed and based on the lean in global initiative
that encourages women to pursue their ambitions and changes the
conversation from what we can’t do to what WOMEN CAN DO!
• Our goal is women to grow together through collective wisdom. #The one from
the other
• This tailor-made P2P mentoring program empowers soft skills and
enhances each person at her own pace, will and judgement.
• Accomplishments, ‘trouble-shootings’, thoughts, concerns, dreams … through
sharing it will help her and at the same time other women to achieve their

Duration: 6 months
Circles: 2
Each circle hosts 12 participants
 24 strengths test and individual face2face sessions to identify the dynamic of the
team
 6 group meetings per circle with specific agenda moderated by Knowl
 Sessions focused on Strengths & Unrealized strengths, Personal Branding, Life &
Work, Adaptability etc.
