This requires: 1) audience targeting, 2) message development, and 3) mobile video delivery.
1. Political Communications Migration to Mobile Video:
Messaging will soon upgrade from Text (Twitter) and Images (Instagram/Facebook) to mobile video ads.
2. Integrating Three Core Communications Technologies:
The migration from Text and TV messages to mobile video messages requires 3 core technologies:

Integrated voter data and social media data are now available to define and profile audiences.
