The Magellano 20kW is a small wind turbine designed for off-grid applications to maximize efficiency and energy production at low wind speeds. It has a large 17.4 meter rotor and direct grid connection, allowing it to perform well even at low wind speeds. Intended for farms, small industries and rural communities, it can produce over 80,000 kWh per year with an average wind speed of 6 m/s.

Power curve
The curve data are valid for standard atmospheric
conditions of 15°C air temperature, 1013 mbar air
pressure and 1.225 kg/m3 air density, clean rotor
blades and horizontal undisturbed air flow.
Estimated production
The annual energy production data for different
annual mean wind speeds at hub height are
calculated from the power curve data assuming a
Rayleigh wind speed distribution, no losses and
100% availability.
