in pharmacies across the NA footprint. Responsible for all purchasing and pharmaceutical inventory control as well
as logistics for shipping pharmaceutical orders to patients throughout the United States from 30+ locations.
 Delivered $6MM in annual savings through deployment of procurement levers inclusive of forward buys,
category management, strategic sourcing, as well as specification modifications to simplify designs.
 Negotiated $2MM in logistics savings with UPS. Designed market basket, engaged incumbent and
competitor vendors, and leveraged direct negotiations to drive value inclusive of $1MM post year one on a
recurring basis.
 Reduced physical inventory completion time by 60% through process standardization, alignment of supply
chain and cross functional resources, as well as utilization of poka yoke to minimize errors and redundancies
 Operated as the supply chain lead through 24 acquisitions designed to support rapid organizational growth.
