Statement of Work (SOW): During the First meeting with Contractor and Sub-Contractor.
 Give Contractors a DVD with the following information:
 Example of a Training Support Package (TSP) I.E. Back ground for Template Plate, Font Size, Colors to use
during development and Systems Approach to Training (SAT) format and Analysis, Design, Development,
Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE) format. To help the contractor in developing the PowerPoint Slides, Instructor
Guide (IG) and Student Guide (SG). TRADOC Reg 350-70
 Example of a Class Sign in roster.
 Example of a Student critique.
 Work with the Contractor Developer to get the TSP ready for PVT.

 Production Verification Test (PVT): It will be conducted at Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG), Maryland or Yuma
Proving Grounds (YPG), New Mexico.
 Contactor gives NET training to APG/YPG personal so they can operate and test the equipment.
 Will be the first (1st) time the new TSP being used for training.
 During the PVT its the NET Manager responsibility to insure the Contractor is ready to teach the class. By
checking his Instructor Certification given by the Contractor. Also quizzing the instructors before class on the TSP
materials.
 Items the Contractor is responsible to bring for and during PVT – PowerPoint presentation, Instructor Guide,
Student Guide, Draft TM and a DVD for each student, with all the information covered in the training.

 LOG DEMO: It will be conducted at the Contractors Facility.
 Contactor will give a short OPNET & FLMNET training to demonstrators for the LOG DEMO.
 This will be the second (2nd) time the new TSP will be used for training.
 Training Support Package (TSP) will be updated during and after the LOG DEMO.
 Items the Contractor is responsible to update during the LOG DEMO – PowerPoint presentation,
Instructor Guide, Student Guide and TM.

 Contactor will give a OPNET & FLMNET training to the soldiers.
 This will be the third (3rd) time the new TSP will be used for training.

(OT).

 Instructor Key Personal Training (IKPT): It will be conducted at the Contractors Facility.
 NET Manager will be responsible to contact CASCOM, TRADOC, TACOM LAR’s and DynCorp
International by email to attend the IKPT.
 Contactor will be responsible to teach a OPNET & FLMNET training to the mix group.
 This will be the forth (4th) time the new TSP will be used for training.
 Training Support Package (TSP) will be updated during, on the last day and after the
Instructor Key Personal Training (IKPT).

 First Unit Equip (FUE): It will be conducted at a Government Facility in the United States.
 First Unit Equip (FUE) to receive the equipment will be dictated by G-8.
 DynCorp International will give a OPNET & FLMNET training to the soldiers.
 This will be the fifth (5th) time the new TSP will be used for training.
 Training Support Package (TSP) will be updated during and after the First Unit Equip (FUE).
 NET Manager is responsible to update during and after the FUE– PowerPoint presentation,
Instructor Guide, and Student Guide.

 There are 6 systems in MTV. Based on type of MTV System being trained
on, the number of students and hours will be different
 DynCorp International Provides, 1 Instructor Per 6 Students
 Maximum 12 Students Per Class
 Target MOS for OPNET is 91 Series & Wrecker NET 91BH8 (Only)
 Training Focus is on Vehicle Operation, Familiarization & Safety

 Field Level Maintenance (FLMNET) Course
 There are 6 Systems in MTV. Based on Type of MTV System being Trained on, the Number of
Students and Hours will be Different
 DynCorp International Provides, 1 Instructor Per 4 Students
 Maximum 8 Students Per Class
 Target MOS for FLMNET is 91 Series & Wrecker NET 91BH8 (Only)
 LARs are Encouraged to Attend the Training

 Troubleshooting Procedures using Maintenance Support Device (MSD) with Interactive Electronic
Technical Manual (IETM)
